There is no dine-in service; it only offers takeout and delivery. The interior was clean in the newly built space, and orders were prepared right after being placed at the counter. The takeout was handled quickly, and the containers were carefully sealed, which gave me the impression that hygiene was taken seriously.

What came with the assorted sashimi set for two?

My assorted sashimi set for two included flounder, rockfish, and salmon, along with sea squirt, abalone, and boiled conch. It was a set that let me try several kinds of seafood as well as sashimi.

The sashimi was cut thick, giving it a pleasant chew. The abalone was chewy with a hint of sweetness, and the boiled conch was chewy too. The sea squirt had a pronounced briny aroma.

It also came with dipping sauce, wasabi, perilla leaves, and lettuce, so it was easy to eat right away at my accommodation.

When I ate it, there was no fishy smell overall, and I was pleased by the different textures of the seafood. Sea squirt can be divisive because of its aroma, but the one I had that day was not very bitter and had some sweetness.

I picked it up myself and ate it at my accommodation. It was close to where I was staying, so getting it there was not much trouble, and the sealed containers, sauces, and wrap vegetables made it easy to set out a meal.
