Indoor adventure park in Nowon, Seoul: Clip ’n Climb at Jump

First impressions and visitor information for Jump in Hagye

This time, I visited somewhere I could work up a serious sweat comfortably, whatever the weather. Here’s my firsthand review of Jump in Hagye, an indoor theme park that is becoming one of Nowon-gu’s hottest spots lately thanks to its enormous scale and wide range of facilities.

The moment I reached the entrance, I was blown away by the sheer scale. Colorful JUMP graphic art splashed across the huge glass windows made it impossible to miss, even from a distance.

There is also a spacious dedicated parking area right in front of the building, so arriving by car felt completely hassle-free. A great first impression!

As soon as you walk in, I think Iron Man is what steals the show. The detail on each suit was no joke, as if they had stepped straight out of the movies. A photo spot where anyone visiting with kids will absolutely stop for pictures!

As I looked around the displays and headed farther inside, a dazzling fountain show unfolded to cheerful music. Jets of water burst refreshingly through the open space and danced to the rhythm; seeing it all so vividly up close made for a healing moment that pleased both the eyes and ears.

After passing through the gate, I was first surprised by the incredibly high ceiling, then by the colorful adventure facilities spread out below. The equipment is so large that the space could have felt cramped, but it was actually broad and comfortable.

On one side, harnesses (safety gear) were neatly organized by type, with lockers and eye-catching primary-colored benches provided. Both hygiene and safety seemed very well managed.

What did Clip ’n Climb feel like?

I geared up properly and headed for the zone I had been most excited about. The Clip ’n Climb zone had climbing walls rising up in vivid colors and unusual shapes, which really sparked my urge to take on the challenge.

It felt completely different from the bouldering I usually do. Stepping boldly across cylindrical pillars while relying on my harness was thrilling and nerve-racking in the best way. (For safety reasons, it was difficult to take photos while up there.)

Enjoy arcade games for free, too

The nostalgic arcade corner had familiar classic arcade machines such as Tekken 7, and we got so absorbed in competing that we lost track of time.

Even Beat Dunk, the basketball game where you have to keep throwing balls nonstop, was free to enjoy inside, so there was no time to get bored.

Check ticket types and restrictions in advance

Before starting, I first looked over the Jump activity guide. The facilities are broadly divided into Adventure ticket facilities and Play ticket facilities (Battle World laser tag, Netplay, and the arcade).

The height and weight requirements for each activity, including a minimum height of 120 cm for some, were clearly listed, so they were useful to check before using the facilities.

Indoor fun that adults can enjoy too

I thought it would be just a simple play space for children. I was very wrong, haha. The rides were challenging and large-scale enough for adults to enjoy too, and there are still areas that have not opened yet, so I may come back when they open around October. Why? I heard an indoor kart track is opening!

I highly recommend Jump in Hagye if you are a couple who loves active dates, or if you are looking for an indoor spot where the whole family can sweat and play together on the weekend. If you want to properly enjoy the adventure facilities, comfortable stretchy pants and non-slip sneakers are absolutely essential! The areas you can use are clearly different depending on your ticket, so it is a good tip to check the guide and decide in advance which activities you want to focus on before visiting.
