Brunch café in Dobong, Seoul with nearby public parking: Uisagye
In short
Uisagye is a brunch café on Uicheon-ro in Dobong, Seoul, known for its chimney bread. Uisagye has no private lot, so I parked at Chang3-dong Public Parking Lot 1 (100 won per 5 minutes) and walked along Uicheon Stream to a first-floor window seat for chimney gimbap (seaweed rice roll) and homemade omija (schisandra berry) ade. Packed with jambon, Emmental cheese, rocket and tomato, the chimney gimbap was a healthy brunch after a run along the stream.

Parking at Uisagye: 100 won per 5 minutes at the public lot
Unfortunately, Uisagye doesn't have its own dedicated parking lot. Instead, right across the street is a spot that truly lives up to the café's name, letting you feel all four seasons of Uicheon Stream.
If you need parking, Chang3-dong Public Parking Lot 1 is a cheap option at ₩100 per 5 minutes to reach Uisagye. Just note the stream-side café doesn't cover the parking fee for you.

With the cool weather continuing even in the daytime these days, if you park and walk up along Uicheon Stream, you'll soon spot this brunch spot with its ribbons, red accents, and signature Changdong chimney bread as the standout feature.

Uisagye checklist before you visit Uicheon Stream
- A baby chair was set up in the store, but I couldn't get a photo since the seats nearby were full.
- Restroom is inside the store / spotless!

Where to sit at Uisagye: first-floor window or second-floor terrace?
True to its name, Uisagye has an outdoor space that's great for feeling the seasons. There's also seating available on the first floor.

You go up to the second floor via a red staircase. There are accent details tucked all around the space, so you can pick a seat that suits your taste.
Once upstairs, there's also a terrace space, and personally I think the second-floor terrace is even better for feeling the four seasons. Right above the terrace hangs a model of the chimney bread, the café's signature item, so it makes a great photo spot too.

While looking around wondering where to sit, I settled into a first-floor spot where I could see the sunlight coming through the window.
The sunny spot looked a little warm still, but even so the natural light was so good it felt bright and pleasant. By the way, this bag I got for ₩6,000 at the 2026 Maetdol Moru Festival is super light but fits a lot of stuff, so I carry it around everywhere haha.

Ordering chimney gimbap and homemade omija ade at Uisagye
Once I settled in, a variety of eye-catching chimney bread was waiting for me, making it hard to decide what to eat. Since I hadn't had breakfast and this was a stream-side brunch café, I ordered the Uisagye chimney gimbap (seaweed rice roll) and the signature homemade omija (schisandra berry) ade.

I ordered, pulled out my diary and started jotting things down, and my order came out pretty quickly. The saying that good-looking rice cakes taste good too fit perfectly — the chimney gimbap and omija ade showed up looking gorgeous ♥

How does the homemade omija ade taste?
The homemade omija ade is a combination of homemade omija syrup and sparkling water. At first I thought it might be too sweet, but once properly stirred it had a nice mellow flavor along with that distinctive omija taste — pretty good. It also looks cute enough that kids would love it, so I think my little one would eat it up too.

Inside the chimney gimbap: jambon, Emmental cheese and rocket
Among the signature chimney bread menu at this stream-side café, I ordered the chimney gimbap. I'd honestly recommend it to anyone looking for a brunch spot in Dobong — it's exactly the kind of thing that fits the whole wellness vibe.

It's described as a hearty chimney bread packed with jambon, Emmental cheese, and rocket, and it lived up to that — each ingredient's flavor came through clearly while still working together in harmony!

Eating the chimney gimbap loaded with tomato and rocket together, I felt like I was getting healthier 💪🏻 With Uicheon Stream right outside for a run, this felt like a Dobong brunch menu that covers your health completely.
