What I ordered at Mitaly

Here's what I ordered:
- Gambas pasta ₩11,800
- Mini fried rice ₩3,000
- Hash brown 1P ₩1,500
- Jeju hallabong ade ₩4,500

Plates, cups, forks, and water are all set up on the table as a basic setting.
Gambas pasta, 11,800 won: not greasy at all

It's loaded with big shrimp and plenty of garlic, and comes with a generous amount of olive oil.

The garlic aroma was strong, and with a bit of pepperoncino spice added, it was less greasy than I expected.

The plump shrimp especially had a nice bouncy texture,

and eating them with the pasta noodles gave a great texture too.
The baguette that came with it was delicious dipped straight into the gambas oil, soaking up all the garlic and shrimp flavor~~
Hash brown, 1,500 won

I also ordered a hash brown as a side.

The outside was fried golden brown and crispy,

and the inside had finely chopped potato, soft and fluffy.
Eating it fresh, it was warm and crunchy~~
Haha, I want more already
Mini fried rice, 3,000 won

I ordered the mini fried rice to eat alongside the pasta.

The fried rice comes with finely chopped vegetables like carrots, corn, and green onion,

topped with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and gim (seaweed) flakes.

True to its name, the portion isn't big — it's just the right mini size to pair with pasta. A good side to add if you find pasta alone a bit lacking without rice.
Jeju hallabong ade, 4,500 won: a good match with gambas

The hallabong's distinct tangy sweetness combined with the fizzy carbonation was tastier than I expected. Not too sour or too sweet — just the right refreshing balance. GOOD~

Especially with an oily dish like the gambas pasta, taking a sip in between made my mouth feel fresh again — the pairing worked really well. I felt like I made a good choice going with the Jeju hallabong ade.
