The building exterior is neat and easy to spot, so even first-time visitors can find it without trouble. With so many public institutions and companies nearby, it is already a popular lunch spot in Naju Innovation City! It is perfectly located for dropping in without fuss and quickly having a filling lunch.

A restaurant for solo meals through family dining

Inside, the spacious, bright interior welcomes you. Tables for two, four, and groups are laid out with plenty of room, making it ideal not only for eating alone but also for team lunches or family meals.

There were also neatly prepared high chairs in one corner for families with young children! They had clearly put thought into making dining comfortable and safe even when visiting with little ones. With pork cutlet and soup that kids enjoy, it is just right for eating out. 👶🪑

Every table has a tablet ordering menu (T-Order), so you can check the menu photos and order conveniently. Along with the signature Jinsim Wang pork cutlet, there are spicy king pork cutlet, cheese pork cutlet, chicken tenders, and various side dishes. Today, I ordered chicken tenders and cheese curry pork cutlet.

An unlimited self-service bar for soup and lettuce wraps

Another point of pride here is the self-service bar that you can enjoy as much as you like!

Along with savory cream soup, a must at a pork cutlet restaurant, there are neatly prepared pickled radish, kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi), and warm soup broth. What makes Jinsim Wang Donkkaseu special is the fresh lettuce and ssamjang (seasoned soybean paste). You can also try the unusual treat of wrapping pork cutlet in lettuce.

The utensils and self-service bar area were kept clean, which put me in a good mood even before the meal.

After having some soup while I waited, the main dishes I ordered finally arrived!

The cheese curry pork cutlet was crisp outside and filled with soft, melty cheese, then topped generously with a deep, rich curry sauce for a wonderfully full flavor.

The savory curry and nutty cheese together were absolutely excellent! It was a flavor I had not tried before, so it felt different and delicious. As you can see, there was loads of cheese, which made this cheese lover very happy. Once I cut it into bite-size pieces and tried one, the outside was crisp while the meat inside was moist and tender to chew. The sweet yet never-tiring classic sauce went perfectly with the meat. The serving was incredibly generous too, so even adult men could leave very full and satisfied—this is a top pork cutlet spot in Naju!

The chicken tenders I ordered as a side were crisp outside and tender inside—fried chicken tenderloin that was the perfect side for the main dish. They had just come out, so they were so delicious~
