Looking for somewhere to go with the kids, we ended up at Baedagol Bakery House, a Goyang café :)

When you're out and about with kids, mom wants a relaxed cup of coffee while the kids want something to look at or do instead of just sitting still. So these days I look for places where kids can settle in comfortably, not just pretty cafés. Baedagol Bakery House turned out to be great for a family visit.

Baedagol Bakery House had a bit of a different feel from a typical downtown café — more like stepping away from the busy city for some relaxed time. On days out with kids, a cramped or crowded space means more things to worry about, but Baedagol Bakery House was comfortable to spend time in.

We also took our time looking around the inside. With kids along, seating and layout matter, and here we could sit comfortably and chat with ease. I often stop by cafés in the middle of a trip or outing, and with kids, how comfortable a place is to stay in matters just as much as how pretty it is. On that front, Baedagol Bakery House was so good for anyone looking for a Goyang café to visit with kids 🖤 And the garden view through the window was just so pretty! 😍

Coming to a café with kids on a hot day, there's no way we could skip the shaved ice. It was cool and sweet, the kids ate it right up, and I dug in too, so it disappeared fast. If you're after a Goyang café in summer, this was a great menu to cool down with :)

The cherry choco cake that caught our eye 🍒🍫

Sweet chocolate cake topped with cherries had its own charm, different from the snow ice. And of course the kids couldn't resist the chocolate :) A bite of snow ice, a bite of cake — we had a proper dessert time with the kids.

Is Baedagol Bakery House worth a family day out?

With the kids there, mom got to relax with a coffee while the kids had a new space to explore :) If you're looking for somewhere in Goyang to shake off the everyday without going far, it's worth a stop.
