It is in front of the Homaesil Switzen Apartments, so lots of customers seemed to stop by~ King Kong Butcher Shop specializes in Korean beef and Korean pork. It was my child’s birthday, so I went to buy meat for miyeokguk (seaweed soup)^^ The name is funny too, so it really stuck with me haha

This Suwon butcher shop has parking too~ Just be a little careful at the parking-lot entrance and exit!! You can enter the underground parking lot beside Mom’s Side Dishes, but the entry and exit run in opposite directions, so watch out! Facing the parking lot, the entrance is on the left and the exit is on the right. King Kong Butcher Shop, specializing in Korean beef and pork, is between Gobongmin Gimbap and Mom’s Side Dishes^^

Birthday seaweed soup with ribeye cap and brisket

I bought Korean beef ribeye cap and Korean beef brisket. Ribeye cap because I love it, and brisket to make seaweed soup~

The Korean beef ribeye cap was today’s sale item for ₩20,000. Such an amazing price~^^ The ribeye cap disappeared as soon as I grilled it haha

It was hard to capture that fresh meat color in a photo haha. It looked so fresh that I felt happy I had bought it well^^ I lightly wiped away the blood and made seaweed soup~

Wow~ As expected, the meat was tender too~ I am still such a beginner cook at this age ㅠㅠ But when I cooked it with good meat, it was really delicious haha
