Hi, this is Dori :-) Yesterday Joon and I suddenly craved meat, so let me introduce you to the Sipnyeon Hanwoo Silbijip we visited (՞•🐽•՞)

Where is Sipnyeon Hanwoo Silbijip in Dongpyeon-maeul, and where do you park?

Sipnyeon Hanwoo Silbijip's Induk-won Dongpyeon-maeul branch is on the 1st floor of Park Avenue B Tower, and you get 2 hours of free parking at the Park Avenue B commercial ground lot. I had errands in Induk-won and looked up this branch for dinner-! I haven't had grilled meat lately... so I was craaaaving it since yesterday ㅠ^ㅠ

For those of us who drive, this free parking is such a plus-! It's ground-level parking, so don't get confused~ We mixed it up with the building next door and had to walk back ^^

A restaurant that really grabs your eye lol lol lol lol Honestly when you see the prices, it's the best value hanwoo place ꔛ

Inside Sipnyeon Hanwoo Silbijip: park-view tables and group seating

The inside of the Dongpyeon-maeul branch was bigger than I expected! There's more space further in too, perfect for people booking company dinners (ง ᵕᴗᵕ)ว

When we got there, the big tables already had reservation slips for work dinners and family group gatherings! And right after me, more groups kept pouring in — my Dori magic... hahaha \packed\ \packed\

There's also park-view seating, so sit wherever you like! Just avoid the reserved tables ꔛ

They even have a separate low-temperature-aged storage fridge for pork belly and pork neck — very much a specialist-restaurant vibe!

The self-serve side dish bar: green onion kimchi steals the show

Sipnyeon Hanwoo Silbijip has a separate self-serve side dish corner. They give you basic sides, but there are more sides available, so make sure to go scoop some up haha. Joon... being a regular guy, isn't into garlic or green onions much ^^^^^ so I ate all the pa-kimchi myself~ yup yup...

This pa-kimchi was seriously a magic item.. Whenever you get sick of eating beef, eat one bite and it resets your palate so you can keep going lol Kimchi lovers will be happy ♡

What to order: 500g of hanwoo and meat doenjang sulbap

Sipnyeon Hanwoo Silbijip also sells pork, but since it's really hard to get hanwoo (Korean beef) at this price, I definitely recommend going with the hanwoo (ง ᵕᴗᵕ)ว

We ordered the hanwoo assortment, which varies depending on that day's butchering-! 500g for ₩49,500 is such a steal~ oh my. And even though I'm usually a naengmyeon (cold noodles) fanatic, today I really wanted the meat doenjang sulbap! Actually... I almost ordered a bibim naengmyeon too....? but figured we'd leave it all uneaten.. so I held back. Right at that starving-eyes-rolling-back moment... hahaha

Joon, who takes real pride in his grilling skills, grills away diligently lol He even sweats a little grilling for me... so.. sweet..

How did the hanwoo taste?

Ah.. the first bite of beef is just insane, it melts in your mouth... Beef's one downside is you get full of it eventually, but eating the doenjang sulbap and pa-kimchi at that point starts you right back up again lol Look at this doenjang sulbap ㅠㅠ It was rich and spicy-savory, I loved it so much ෆ
