I came to Anyang today after a while and was trying to figure out what to eat — Anyang Jungang Market seemed like it'd be way too crowded, so I headed to Dongpyeon-maeul instead. Living in Gunpo, I have no idea why I never came here before, it's so nice, haha! I picked "Sipnyeon Hanwoo Silbijip" on the food street. Turns out "silbi" actually means the price reflects the real cost — reasonable pricing, basically. First time I learned that! No wonder it's known as a hanwoo (Korean beef) spot in Induk-won, right?

Where is Sipnyeon Hanwoo Silbijip Dongpyeon-maeul, and where do you park?
Sipnyeon Hanwoo Silbijip Induk-won Dongpyeon-maeul branch is on the Dongpyeon-maeul food street, at the far corner of the 1st floor of Park Avenue B Tower, so it's easy to find. The owner apparently even does deliveries himself!
The parking lot is spacious too, which was great — a generous 2 hours free, then ₩1,200 per additional 10 minutes, so just make sure you leave before that kicks in. ☺️

The standing sign out front is big and pushes the low prices front and center. With the economy being rough these days, being able to eat beef at a reasonable price felt really nice.
Starting fresh as [Sipnyeon Hanwoo Silbijip Induk-won Dongpyeon-maeul branch] from [Gogi Myeongga]. We're not a place known for flashy or special techniques. But we've kept the same spirit as the day we first opened our doors. We only use domestic Korean pork and hanwoo beef, and every meal is prepared as if our own family were eating it. Other places might use pre-made broth for convenience, but we simmer our stew broth overnight, every day, because it's food for our family too. Come visit and enjoy juicy, flavorful domestic meat alongside more than 10 side dishes in a clean, stylish, spacious hall. For parking, use the Park Avenue B ground-level lot in the building right to your right — parking is available up to the 4th floor! We provide 2 hours of free parking (make sure to grab your parking ticket on your way out!).

Inside the restaurant: is there seating for group dinners?
The interior of Sipnyeon Hanwoo Silbijip Dongpyeon-maeul branch is fairly spacious, and there's a private group table in the back that would be great for family gatherings or company dinners. Most tables seat 6 or 8.
They bring the charcoal to your table themselves too.

What we ordered and what it cost
- Sipnyeon Hanwoo 500g ₩49,500
- Beef doenjang sulbap (soy-bean paste rice) ₩7,000
- Zero Coke ₩2,000

Side dishes, the self-serve bar and free green onion kimchi refills
Green onion kimchi, mu-saengchae (spicy radish salad), radish wraps, lettuce, garlic, chili peppers, salt, wasabi, and ssamjang all came out as standard sides, with sesame oil dip and kimchi available at the self-serve bar. When I asked separately, they gave me more green onion kimchi. That green onion kimchi was seriously a hidden gem!!

How good is the 500g hanwoo for 49,500 won?
Can you see the quality of the meat here? Cheap doesn't mean bad quality at all — the marbling was really good, and they said the cuts vary depending on the day. It looked like a mix of bucheotsal, sirloin, and galbisal (rib meat) roughly. It would've been nice if they explained the cuts to us directly! But honestly it was all delicious anyway so it didn't matter, haha lol.

The meat cooked quickly and melted in your mouth, packed with beefy aroma — genuinely made me happy. 😘 Paired with the green onion kimchi it was the GOAT combo!
We grilled small batches, many rounds, over and over!
Grilled some garlic in the sesame oil dip too.

Refilled the green onion kimchi one more time ><. Officially declaring this a green onion kimchi hotspot!! Bam bam!!
Finishing with beef doenjang sulbap at 7,000 won
The beef doenjang sulbap (soy-bean paste rice with beef) is loaded with beef and vegetables, and it's delicious. It also comes with rice already mixed in, which made it even easier to eat.

Finally wrapped things up with a bite of doenjang sulbap topped with a piece of beef and some green onion kimchi and garlic — wolfed it all down. It had been a while since I had such a protein-packed meal, and it left me full and satisfied. 😉

There's even dessert coffee to finish things off, keeping you satisfied to the very end ><. If you're in Induk-won, I highly recommend this affordable, high-quality, delicious hanwoo spot, Sipnyeon Hanwoo Silbijip — perfect for company dinners or group gatherings 👍☺️
