Choosing a natural-hair CC curl that suited me, at Lashdol Gangnam Station

I'd never gotten lash extensions before, so I worried a lot about which curl would suit me and whether the procedure would be uncomfortable. This time I finally decided to try lash extensions for the first time, and I visited Lashdol Gangnam Station, a lash salon near Gangnam Station :)

Why I chose natural-hair CC curl for my first lash extensions

Even choosing the curl took a lot of thought — I told them I wanted something not too flashy, just naturally defined!!

After consulting with the director, we decided on natural-hair CC curl, and I added LED extensions on top to boost the hold 🤍

Natural-hair extensions are normally ₩99,000, but with the first-visit discount I got them for ₩89,100 ✨ (10% off treatments on your first visit). For reference, the LED add-on was ₩22,000!!

I'd secretly worried my eyes might feel uncomfortable since it was my first time, but it turned out to be way more comfortable than I expected :) The treatment also wrapped up in about 30 minutes, which felt pretty surprising for someone getting this done for the first time 🤍

Since it's natural hair, the overall look felt natural, and with the CC curl added, my eyes looked noticeably more defined ♡

When I opened my eyes, the curl lifted naturally and my lashes looked a bit fuller too :)

How was my first lash extension experience overall

Honestly, I overthought it a lot before the treatment,, since it's a procedure done right around the eyes, I was nervous about the curl and length, worried it might be uncomfortable,, 😭 But once I actually got it done, it was much more comfortable than I imagined, and it didn't take much time either!

What I liked most was that the director carefully listened to the vibe I wanted first and then consulted with me on the curl based on my eye shape :) The natural feel of the natural-hair lashes combined with the CC curl gave a defined look without being too much, which I was really happy with ♡

Since I wanted a natural look for my first extensions, the natural-hair CC curl combo was a perfect fit for me 🤍🤍🤍 Just changing my lashes made my eyes look more defined, so it was really convenient not having to use an eyelash curler haha. I'm going to watch how long it holds up and see how well it lasts ☺︎
