Roaster Burger is located about 573m from Jeongja Station exit 3, on the first floor (unit D104) of Emco Heritz Complex 4. It sits right on the main street of the café district in Jeongja-dong, Bundang.

The burger lineup is pretty wide — cheeseburger, double cheeseburger, classic, whole shrimp, chicken, chipotle sausage, all the way up to a monster cheeseburger ❣️ Besides burgers there's also pizza, spaghetti, buffalo wings, cheese sticks — great sides to pair with draft beer 😝😝😝 Sets come with fries🍟 and a drink🥤

🍺I was really tempted by the weizen draft but... I wasn't feeling well and had to take medicine, so I bravely passed on beer, sob 😭 Barley tea it is...🍻 It's a handmade burger place, but the pizza also looked like a strong contender!!! The dough looked amazing, but I figured I'd focus on the main burgers first 😆 Pizza next time :) You can conveniently order right at your table via QR code 📱📲

Inside Roaster Burger: seating and the self-serve corner

The space has a casual yet hip handmade-burger-shop vibe! 🌿There are outdoor tables too🌿 (the weather was perfect for a beer!). There's a good mix of table and bar seating, so it works whether you're with a group or eating alone — no pressure either way. (Looked like there were a lot of delivery and takeout orders too 👍)

🍻I spotted draft beer taps too, so it seems like a great place in the evening for burger-and-beer or pizza-and-beer sessions 🍺 Here's the self-serve corner

The self-serve corner has sriracha, parmesan cheese, tabasco, pepperoncini, ketchup, forks, knives, disposable gloves, napkins, and wet wipes, all free to use 🤗

You don't even need to go grab it yourself beforehand — once you order, the staff sets it all up for you as a default ❣️

The drink comes as a tall can, and zero-sugar cola was also available, but for some reason I was craving 💜Welch's💜 that day, so I got the grape flavor 🍇 Here's the 🌷Rose & Leaf🌱 Classic Burger Set, ₩16,700

😚Adding the extra patty made it towering right off the bat lol. Between the soft buns, the patties, cheese, 🥓bacon, and 🥬veggies were so generous — totally satisfying just from the look of it 😝 lol

You can already tell it's delicious from the cross-section shot 😋 🥩🥓bacon, lettuce🥬, tomato🍅, patty, cheese, and the special sauce combo was ✨️chef's kiss✨️chef's kiss✨️. The patty was freshly cooked so it was still warm, and the juices burst out with every bite 🎉🎉🎉

🥩The patty itself was savory and tender with no gamey smell, super juicy, but the best part was how the black pepper aroma just bursts through your whole mouth 💚so charming💚 🧂As a pepper lover, one bite and my eyes rolled back 😆 lol (in a good way 😘). The rich patty, salty cheese🧀, savory bacon🥓, and that black pepper kick all came together into something deep and full of umami 🫶

The fries weren't the thin kind, but thick-cut — crispy outside, soft and moist💦 moist💦 fluffy💦 inside lol. Totally my type, an easy thumbs up 👍👍👍 (roar🦁 roar🦁) lol

✔️ No pickle ✔️ Extra jalapeño. The double cheeseburger is all about the rich, heavy flavor of patty and cheese at its core! I love pickles, but my friend hates them lol, so we went 🥒no pickle, extra jalapeño instead lol

Soft, fluffy buns with juicy patties and cheese coming together — this is exactly that rich, American-style handmade burger taste 😘😘😘

The sauce isn't your ordinary burger sauce either — one bite and you immediately get that distinct, exotic flavor unique to handmade burgers ❤️

Since it's a double patty, it's extra thick, and the juices came ✨️gushing✨️ out like a waterfall🌊 lol 🌱so juicy🌿

Skipping the pickle and adding jalapeño meant every so often you'd get a sharp little kick that cleanly cut through the richness of the patty and cheese 👍👍👍 The rich cheese and the spicy jalapeño made a 😝perfect combo = so good!!!!😘
