Hapjeong café for low-acid coffee after a meal: Central Site Hapjeong

After eating, I stopped by for coffee at Central Site Hapjeong, a café in Hapjeong! This place is known for its coffee, so I was curious, and the tiramisu that paired with the coffee was so good too :) Best of all, it's right near the station so it was easy to find, and the owner was super friendly. Let me introduce it!

Where is Central Site Hapjeong, and what are its hours?

This time I visited Central Site, a café in Hapjeong! It's near Hapjeong Station, less than a 5-minute walk from Exit 2, which made it feel so close :) Hours are weekdays 8am to 10pm and weekends 8:30am to 10pm, just so you know haha.

What does Central Site Hapjeong look like inside?

Walked inside and it was really clean, with an interior that matched the coffee vibe well. Kind of a luxurious feeling?! And the coffee aroma was strong. Since there's a separate space for roasting coffee, I could tell the owner is serious about coffee!

Also the weather was nice so they had the windows open, giving it such an open, airy feeling — so healing +_+

They also sell tiramisu and various cakes, and the cakes looked so pretty and delicious. I picked my favorite, tiramisu! Next time I'll have to try the other desserts too +_+

The menu board and ordering at Central Site Hapjeong

I looked over the menu board to order. There were so many kinds of coffee, and personally I like moderate acidity and prefer fruity notes, so I ordered based on a recommendation :) Besides coffee, there are shakes, lattes, ice cream, cream lattes, iced tea and more, so you can pick to your taste.

Our coffee and tiramisu arrived. It had such a luxurious feel, and the ice was whiskey ice, so it didn't melt quickly — another plus for keeping it cold longer haha. The cup and dessert plate were also really elegant.

Before drinking, they give you a description of the coffee you ordered, which is worth reading. Knowing what kind of coffee it is and what aroma to expect beforehand makes it even better!! So I read it first and then tried it.

How did the recommended coffee taste? Fruity with mild acidity

The moment I took a sip, I could really taste the fruity notes in the coffee, which I loved. Not too bitter, just right! And best of all, the acidity wasn't strong, so I couldn't help but like it haha. Probably the most luxurious-feeling coffee I've had recently (?)

Does the tiramisu at Central Site Hapjeong go well with the coffee?

The tiramisu comes with chocolate sprinkled on top. The cream and sponge were just the right amount, and since the cream wasn't too heavy and not too sweet, it's a cake anyone could enjoy. It was really good eaten together with the chocolate on top too.. so good.

The first bite was so soft, and it was exactly the tiramisu I wanted, so I finished it without leaving a crumb. And it paired so well with the coffee!! If I go to Hapjeong again, I think I'd visit Central Site Hapjeong, the café in Hapjeong, again :)
