On a day with really nice weather, I visited Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch. Great coffee, great bread! Let me tell you about it.

What the Sinbu-dong café looks like inside

I visited Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch at lunchtime, so there was a bit of a wait. But turnover was fast, so I ordered within 5 minutes, and the menu came out within 5 minutes too.

The exterior already looked stylish from outside, but once I stepped in, the interior was even nicer.

The weather was so nice, right? It would have been great to sit at an outdoor table when it's cool out. But the sun was strong, so after some hesitation I went inside haha.

People kept coming in and seats filled up fast — a lot of people were just there for bakery takeout too.

It looked that busy, but the inside was still stylishly beautiful, and the interior was decorated so well that I thought it would make a great date spot.

Vanilla canelé and nunetine financier: crisp outside, chewy inside

There were so many kinds of baked goods that I couldn't decide, and then by total coincidence I ran into an acquaintance who recommended the canelé!

Running into someone I know by chance made me realize this café must be a well-known spot in Cheonan. I ordered vanilla canelé, pistachio canelé, and nunetine (누네띠네) financier!

[Vanilla canelé, ₩3,500] It had that signature canelé texture — crisp outside, chewy inside — with a subtle vanilla scent that felt clean and mild.

[Pistachio canelé, ₩4,000] Pistachio was piled generously on the outside. I only took photos of this one since I gave it as a gift, but my acquaintance loved it!

[Nunetine financier, ₩3,500] Apparently this recreates the familiar nunetine flavor in financier form — I felt both the crispness and chewiness at once, which was fascinating. It's the flavor we all know, and it's delicious haha.

How the americano at Brewers Coffee tastes

[Americano, ₩4,500] I like coffee with low acidity and a clean finish, and this hit exactly my taste. This place's coffee was really good 🤣 I found myself muttering "this coffee is good~" to myself while drinking it.

The interior was decorated so tastefully that just looking around while drinking coffee felt like healing.

Parking near the café in Sinbu-dong

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch has no dedicated parking lot, so you'll need to use the Sinbu 4th or 5th public parking lots. I tried the 4th lot right next to the café first, but it was full, so I used the 5th lot instead.

The first 30 minutes are free, and it's ₩200 per additional 10 minutes (max ₩10,000). It was a bit further up, but at the lunchtime hour I visited there were still plenty of spots.

Is Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch worth a visit?

[Why I'd recommend it] The coffee was clean and exactly to my taste, and the canelé and financier were satisfying with that crisp-outside, chewy-inside texture. The interior is stylish too — a great place to visit whether the weather is nice or not.

[What was a bit disappointing] Since I visited at lunchtime, it was so crowded that I felt a little self-conscious sitting alone. Still, all the staff were kind, so I had a comfortable time.

Nice weather, delicious coffee, a wide variety of bread, and great for photos — I recommend Brewers Cheonan Sinbu Branch! It would also make a great date spot with friends or a partner~
