Family sushi takeout in Namdong, Incheon: Minyeong Hwareo Gongjang

I absolutely love sushi. It is easy, delicious, and neat, so I eat it often. There is a Minyeong Hwareo Gongjang near my home too, so I visit from time to time, but today I packed delicious, fresh aged-kimchi halibut sushi, salmon sushi, and garlic shrimp sushi from Minyeong Hwareo Gongjang Moraenae Market Branch and enjoyed them with my family:)

I used the Moraenae Market Public Parking Lot, and I only managed to park because a car pulled out right in front of meㅠ Even on a weekday afternoon, parking was difficultㅠㅠ It took about 20 minutes, and perhaps an electric-vehicle discount was applied, because the fee came to ₩500. It was about a five-minute walk from the lot to Minyeong Hwareo Gongjang.

Minyeong Hwareo Gongjang is near Sexy Tteokbokki in Moraenae Market. Walk a little farther up from Moraenae Market's central plaza and it is next to a butcher shop. It is a sushi takeout specialist and a great food spot in Moraenae Market.

Sushi picked from the display case

A wide variety of appetizing sushi is kept freshly chilled in the display case. The prices are reasonable too, so choosing what to eat becomes a happy dilemma. The origins are displayed right in front alongside the prices.

The futomaki was plump and appetizing too. There were so many kinds of fish, from salmon and tuna to imitation crab, and the colors were pretty, so I wanted to eat them all... I really had to think about it.

Both the omakase sushi and special sushi looked delicious, and the single-person sashimi portions were generous for the price. The color alone was seriously incredibleㅜㅜ Yet the prices were reasonable!!

There was even fresh, tangy mulhoe (cold raw-fish soup)!! Everything looked delicious:) The mulhoe was popular too.

Ordering only my favorite kinds individually

I ordered garlic shrimp sushi, salmon sushi, and aged-kimchi halibut sushi. It was my first time ordering individual items, and I was excited because I got to choose only the kinds I like. The prices are truly reasonable too: aged-kimchi halibut sushi ₩10,000, salmon sushi ₩10,000, and garlic shrimp sushi ₩8,000, for a total of ₩28,000.

While waiting, I looked farther into the shop, and it was so clean that it made me trust the place even more:)

Insulated packaging and sides

They packed everything fresh in an insulated bag with an ice pack. The owner was kind too, which put me in a good mood.

The package was neatly packed up like this. I did not need chopsticks, so I did not request them.

They included soy sauce, fresh wasabi, jang-guk (clear soup broth), pickled scallions, and ginger.

They even gave two little dishes of soy sauce each, so there was plenty, and I loved that fresh wasabi was packed with it.

A family meal where the salmon sushi was the best

Garlic shrimp sushi (₩8,000), aged-kimchi halibut sushi (₩10,000), and salmon sushi (₩10,000). The prices were reasonable, but the fish was so freshㅠ I poured hot water over the jang-guk concentrate they included, and it was nice and warm.

The salmon sushi came with fresh onion and mayo sauce, so it was refreshing; the salmon was fresh and rich, making it the one I enjoyed mostㅠㅠ This taste at this priceㅜ It made me want even more.

The meeting of tangy aged kimchi and halibut sashimi! The aged kimchi made it feel even more refreshing. The halibut was pleasantly chewy too:)

Garlic shrimp sushi with garlic mayo on raw shrimp, lightly seared with a torch!! It was delicious as expectedㅜㅜ I enjoyed it so much that my intention to revisit is 1,000,000%🩷 It is easy to enjoy delicious sushi at a reasonable price, so I plan to stop by often🩷🩷🩷
