On the way back from Gapyeong Auto Camping Ground, I stopped by Cafe Imchori near Garden of Morning Calm for a quick coffee.
The café is a standalone building with its own private parking lot right out front, so I got free parking easily.
Right as I walked in, there was a cool bike on display.

Cafe Imchori had plenty of tables and baby chairs on hand, making it a good spot for couples as well as group visits after family gatherings.
Once inside, there's an atrium space with an open, skylit ceiling that feels like being outdoors, which gave the café an even more stylish atmosphere.
There's a spacious, comfortable meeting room available too, so if you need one, it's worth asking about.

Dine-in requires one drink order per person. Coffee prices at Cafe Imchori start reasonably at ₩6,000 for an Americano, with the signature coffee at ₩7,500, plus a good variety of non-coffee drinks.
The menu board itself had a really stylish look. Decaf beans can be ordered for an extra ₩1,000.
How do the pure milk cake and signature coffee taste?
True to a pure milk cake made with dairy whipped cream, the cream at Cafe Imchori was smooth and never felt artificial or heavy in the mouth. I'm usually not great with cakes that are too sweet or made with plant-based cream that feels greasy on the tongue, but Imchori's cake was comfortable and delicious to eat.
The signature coffee was so good that I'd recommend it to anyone who likes an einspänner. The deeply flavored espresso paired with the sweet, chewy cream was really delicious. It comes with a nut topping, so aside from anyone with a nut allergy, I'd definitely recommend this coffee.
