Carbonara with egg yolk and cream chicken steak: Two Find Peter
In short
Two Find Peter Incheon Nonhyeon Branch is a pasta and Western food restaurant on the 3rd floor of the La Fiesta building near Nonhyeon Station in Namdong, Incheon. The writer ordered bread, egg-yolk-topped cream carbonara, umami-rich shrimp pilaf, and a cream chicken steak made with brined chicken thigh. Cozy atmosphere, generous portions, and reasonable prices make it a place worth revisiting.

Today I'm reviewing a pasta spot in Nonhyeon-dong, Incheon — this is Two Find Peter Incheon Nonhyeon Branch.
Hours 11:00–22:00 / Break time 15:00–17:00 / Parking available (free for 2 hours)

Getting there from Nonhyeon Station, and parking
It's located on the 3rd floor of the La Fiesta building in Nonhyeon, Incheon. The parking area was spacious and they were generous with parking support, so it was easy to visit.

What's the interior like?
Here's the interior. It had such a great atmosphere!! The cozy lighting combined with the emotive artwork felt so good, I thought it would be perfect for a date in Nonhyeon-dong, Incheon.

Every single seat had that cozy feel, perfect for a neighborhood brunch. This kind of atmospheric vibe totally hits the spot for women's taste!!

The view outside was lush and green and open, which I liked too. Ordering was simple via kiosk. I ordered the carbonara, shrimp pilaf, and cream chicken steak.

The bread before the meal
Here's the bread that comes before the meal. You get a soft dinner roll with olive oil balsamic sauce. The little smiley face drawn on the sauce was so cute!! The roll was warm and soft and delicious!!

How's the shrimp pilaf?
The shrimp pilaf came out first!!

The rice itself was so tasty — fluffy yet chewy. The pilaf seasoning was evenly spread throughout, and it reminded me a bit of eating nasi goreng. That's how great the umami was!! Eaten together with the tomato sauce on the side, it wasn't bland at all — sweet and tangy — and with the mayo sauce it was smooth and nutty, so I got to enjoy a variety of flavors.
And it was even more delicious with plenty of cocktail shrimp, vegetables, and mushrooms mixed in!!

Cream carbonara topped with egg yolk
Here's the carbonara. It's not a traditional carbonara but a cream carbonara with an egg yolk on top!! Since I actually prefer cream carbonara, having a yolk on top of the cream meant double the richness, and I loved that.

Popping the yolk and mixing it in was so good!! The cream sauce itself was perfectly seasoned and so delicious. The richness hit right away, with enough umami that it never got heavy. Bacon and cremini mushrooms were added generously and blended well with the cream.
The noodles were cooked just right — not mushy, not too firm. The sauce clung to the noodles beautifully..!! The portion was huge too, but the sauce was so good I scraped the plate clean haha.

Cream chicken steak — how different is it from the carbonara cream?
Here's the cream chicken steak. It's a well-grilled, brined chicken thigh chicken steak topped with cream sauce!! You might think isn't that the same cream as the carbonara? but it was different!! The cream chicken steak had a slightly richer taste with a chicken-broth kind of flavor, which paired well with the steak!! It was also a perfect match with the garlic bread served alongside!!

The chicken thigh pieces were big and well-brined, so they were so, so tender!! I usually dislike dry meat, but since it was made entirely from tender thigh meat, I really enjoyed eating it~ It felt like eating a fine dish. The chicken was grilled so well that the skin was crispy-chewy while the meat stayed tender. Topping it off with a generous spoonful of cream sauce on the chicken steak — that's how you finish it right~
