Seogwipo black pork BBQ set for 3-4, 800g: Donsahyang Olle Market
In short
Donsahyang Olle Market Main Branch is a black pork barbecue restaurant near Olle Market in Seogwipo, Jeju, where several cuts of black pork and sundae are grilled on one pan. The signature Arangjoeul Set (800g, serves 3-4, 70,000 won) brings rolled garlic pork (dolldol manongsal), seasoned pork neck, whole pork jowl and five-layer black pork belly, followed by sundae (Korean blood sausage) and cheogatjip sundubu (soft tofu stew). This is my honest review of Donsahyang, a black pork restaurant in Seogwipo, Jeju, and its menu — especially the Arangjoeul Set.

Black pork is basically a must-eat whenever you visit Jeju, right? This time I went to Donsahyang, where I could eat black pork and sundae (Korean blood sausage) together.

Instead of ordering several cuts separately, I wanted to try them all at once, so I went with the signature Arangjoeul Set. It came with not just meat but sundae and stew too, so I left having had a really filling meal.

What's in the Arangjoeul Set, and how much is it?

We ordered the Arangjoeul Set. It's 800g, enough for 3-4 people, priced at ₩70,000. The menu described it as the way to enjoy all of Donsahyang's signature dishes at once — it included garlic-marinated pork (dolldol manongsal), seasoned pork neck, whole pork jowl, black pork belly, sundae, and cheogatjip sundubu (soft tofu stew).

When you come to Jeju for black pork and can't decide which cut to order, it's great to be able to try several at once. It's not just 800g of meat — the set comes with sundae and sundubu too, so one menu item let us try a bit of everything.

The Arangjoeul Set includes garlic-marinated pork, seasoned pork neck, whole pork jowl, and black pork belly, so instead of eating one type the whole time, I liked being able to eat differently cut by cut.
Grilling black pork belly and sundae on one pan at Donsahyang

We started grilling everything on the pan one by one. The black pork belly was thick enough that you could clearly see the layers of fat and lean meat, and the other cuts were sizable too. We arranged sundae in a ring around the edge and grilled peppers and king oyster mushrooms alongside — with everything on one pan, there was quite a lot going on.

There were also scores cut into the meat, so even the thick pieces cooked quickly.

When you look for good black pork restaurants in Jeju, a lot of them focus on just geungogi (thick-cut pork) or plain pork belly, so I liked that Donsahyang lets you choose a set instead.

The Arangjoeul Set was great because it wasn't just meat — sundae and mushrooms cooked together on the same pan too. Handy for a group of 3-4 who don't want to order a bunch of separate dishes when eating Jeju black pork.
We kept grilling the other cuts too. It's easy to think of Jeju black pork as just pork belly, but personally I really loved being able to compare several cuts side by side in one sitting.

From black pork to marinated meat, sundae, mushrooms, and finally sundubu, there was so much to eat even within a single menu item.
Finishing the meal with cheogatjip sundubu soft tofu stew

The Arangjoeul Set also came with cheogatjip sundubu. After eating a good amount of meat, finishing off with hot sundubu was a nice way to wrap up the meal.
This seems like a good choice for anyone who'd rather taste several cuts of Jeju black pork in smaller portions than order just one kind.

Just like in the photo, it arrived with the broth red and bubbling, and the pot was generously filled with soft tofu.
Who is Donsahyang's Arangjoeul Set best for?
From black pork to marinated meat, sundae, mushrooms, and finally sundubu, there was a lot to eat within one menu item. Donsahyang's Arangjoeul Set let us enjoy garlic-marinated pork, seasoned pork neck, whole pork jowl, black pork belly, sundae, and cheogatjip sundubu all at once for ₩70,000 — recommended for anyone who'd rather taste a little of several cuts of Jeju black pork than order just one!
If you're going out for Jeju black pork with a group and can't decide what to order, I'd recommend the Arangjoeul Set.
