While traveling around Jeju with my husband, we were looking for an indoor place to visit, so we went to Figure Museum Jeju (피규어뮤지엄제주) in Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo. We spent time looking at movie and animation characters and taking photos with the props.

What are the location, hours, and admission fees?
The address is 243 Hanchang-ro, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo-si, Jeju. At the time of the original post, the listed hours were 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with last admission at 5:30 PM. Group parking is also available.

Which characters do you see first after entering?
After we bought our tickets and entered, a staff member gave us event masks. Among the different characters, I chose Olaf and my husband chose Groot.

At the entrance, we met the Toy Story characters and took commemorative photos first.

Which figures kept us looking the longest in the main building?
As soon as we went inside, Doctor Strange caught my eye. The figures were larger than I had expected, and their details were so precise that my husband and I looked at them one by one.

Familiar movie characters followed, including Transformers and Gollum from The Lord of the Rings.

We also saw characters from Guardians of the Galaxy and The Avengers.

My favorite was the Iron Man figure. I found myself wishing I could own it, so I stood there looking at it for quite a while.

Can you hold the props and take photos?
Besides viewing the exhibits, we could use some of the props ourselves. We held Captain America's shield and Thor's hammer and took photos.

We could also put on Thanos's glove. There were several character headpieces and hats, so my husband and I took turns wearing them and left with lots of funny photos.

What characters are there besides movie heroes?
We also met Alien, Star Wars, and Batman. The level of detail on Batman's car stood out to me.

My husband liked Son Goku from Dragon Ball the most. Elsa and Anna were there too, so we could also see characters that children might enjoy.

The One Piece area gathered figures of several characters. Seeing them together made me want to own them. There was also a separate goods shop on the second floor of the main building.

How long does the visit take, and what is in the annex?
It took us about an hour to tour the main building. After coming outside, we continued exploring in the separate annex.

The annex had cute animation characters such as Pikachu and Doraemon, giving it a different atmosphere from the main building. At the end, we briefly looked around the gachashop too.
This visit was enjoyable both for examining the figures' size and details and for taking photos together while using the props. If you are a couple who likes movie or animation characters, I felt it could be considered for an indoor date in Jeju.
