Jeju airport fish restaurant with a kids’ meal: Naneun Jigeum
In short
Naneun Jigeum Saengseoni Meokgo Sipda Yongdam Airport Branch is a fish restaurant near Jeju Airport in Jeju, Jeju. We had the ₩30,000 Dad Set and two ₩7,000 kids’ sets for our final meal of the trip, and the braised mackerel and generous kids’ meals stood out. A lovely last stop before the airport.

Before heading to the airport, I was a little sad that I hadn’t tried braised fish, so we stopped by this restaurant near Jeju Airport, Naneun Jigeum Saengseoni Meokgo Sipda Yongdam Airport Branch! The name is unusual but really sticks in your head, haha. I think that made me want to stop by even more.
Location and parking at Naneun Jigeum Saengseoni Meokgo Sipda Yongdam Airport Branch
It is on the first floor at 168 Yongmun-ro, Jeju-si, Jeju. It is open daily from 9:30 AM to 9 PM, with last orders at 8:30 PM. You can park in the alley right beside it, and if there is no space, they say to turn on your hazard lights in front of the restaurant and the owner will help.

It is close to the airport, so we stopped in before our flight. Maybe because it was the weekend, there were seriously so many cars~~ But there was a parking spot along the white line in the alley right next door, so we parked and went in.
Inside the restaurant and the set-meal menu

The restaurant is not hugely spacious, but it does have a decent number of tables. We went for a slightly late lunch, so it was not packed, but people kept coming in! Some even looked inside as they walked past, then came in, haha.

This restaurant has lots of set meals, which are great for two people. Of course, you can also order à la carte or get the solo set!! Even if you come to Jeju alone, you could eat here without feeling self-conscious.

Now that I am writing this, it feels inexpensive even per person. You get stew, fish, and braised fish too,, and there are so many different sets that it is nice to choose exactly what you want. We got the Dad Set, and thankfully there was a kids’ set, so we ordered two of those too. The kids’ set was ₩7,000 (hamburger steak).

There were so many kinds of side dishes that it felt like eating a home-cooked meal, haha. There is also a self-service bar in one corner, and the posters and menu boards have a sort of retro feel. There were little fun details to look around at slowly while waiting for the food~
What came with the Dad Set and kids’ set

For the Dad Set, we chose grilled cutlassfish, braised mackerel, and soft tofu stew. We got grilled fish and braised fish, plus stew too, for ₩36,000! Is Jeju normally this affordable?? Anyway, I thought it was a pretty good value. The grilled fish was good, and especially the braised fish was delicious~ I really love braised dishes, but since having kids, we do not go to restaurants like that at all,, so I hardly get to eat them ㅠ Still, it was nice to have this at the end of our Jeju trip~ The stew was a little spicy but also refreshing!

And then the kids’ set arrived! Ah, the hamburger steak is under the fried egg on top of the rice, so it is hidden ㅠㅠ But anyway, for a kids’ set, it was really generous,, Honestly, where we live, a kids’ set is usually just something like pork cutlet, a few fried items, and juice. But here they give you white kimchi, egg soup, and even roasted gim (seaweed)! No, no, there is hamburger steak and a fried egg too! And it is only ₩7,000?
Our oldest, of course, cleared the plate, and our second child ate really well too. The white kimchi was so good that I ate it all, hahaha. Seriously, isn’t the value the best,,?
For the final meal of our Jeju trip

(The deliciously grilled fish by the counter) I normally eat a lot of fish because of my parents, so I was not especially craving grilled fish on our Jeju trip. But since we were in Jeju, I thought we should at least try grilled and braised fish, which is why we stopped by this restaurant near Jeju Airport, Naneun Jigeum Saengseoni Meokgo Sipda Yongdam Airport Branch.
It was more affordable and tastier than I expected, so it could not have been a better final meal in Jeju. The kids’ set was especially excellent,, so I am saving this place in my heart for another visit,,, haha. Since it is near the airport, try some delicious grilled or braised fish after arriving or before leaving~~!!
