Jeju airport café for standout cookies and coffee: Gluttony Coffee

I planned a quick, spontaneous Jeju trip a week ago, and with some time left before heading to Busan on the last day, I went looking for a café and somehow found this gem near Jeju Airport: Gluttony Coffee! This is a truly unhinged, wholehearted review paid for partly with my own money.

I’m not a Jeju local, so I don’t know the area that well, but it seemed to be in a pretty quiet neighborhood! There were about two parking spaces, and luckily I got one. It isn’t far from Jeju Airport, so it’s great for your first or last day; there’s also a rental-car parking lot about ten minutes away, which is handy!

A quiet space instead of a noisy mega-café

Gluttony Coffee felt like a stylish neighborhood café in Jeju, and I liked that even more. I avoid huge cafés because they’re so noisy, but this quiet neighborhood had exactly the kind of atmosphere someone like me would love! It also seemed like it might have lots of regulars. I think I saw a few while I was sitting there, haha. Spacious, comfortable, nicely spaced seating, and hip ㅠ_ㅠ The best in Jeju. No, Jeju’s Gluttony Coffee is the bestㅜ

Every corner was pretty, so I photographed them all. Basically, the whole place was a photo spot. I wanted to take tons of pictures here, but this was not the time for that—I needed a sugar boost—so I snapped a few and went straight to the menu, haha.

Baked desserts, after resisting the cake

Honestly, I wanted cake, financiers, and cookies all on this day, but I held back on the cake and went with baked desserts instead.

How could I possibly resist looking at this,,,,, I wanted to buy everything,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, But after tasting it, I realized I really should have bought it all—too late by then..

A top-three Americano and cookies I rationed

The buzzer went off!~~ And the dessert teachers had arrived. But seriously, this Americano was insane—it ranked in my top three coffees ever. Seriously, seriously, ridiculously delicious. This is the kind of coffee that would make me stop by every time I come to Jeju—no, every time I travel to Jeju. For real, genuinely, ridiculously delicious. The coffee was amazing, and the desserts were out-of-this-world good too. How much did I ration them? It’s no secret that I kept cutting them into smaller pieces with a knife.

To make it last, I divided it into even more pieces here, hahahahaha. Where else is there a cookie this good? After eating it, I lamented, why isn’t there a chain store, and why is it only in Jeju? ㅠㅠㅠ It tastes like all your stress melts away—the textbook definition of a cookie.

The financiers were seriously delicious too; the matcha and macadamia flavors were both so intense, it was completely addictive. The kind of flavor I’d willingly buy regularly if they sold it on Naver Store, you know?

If coffee and dessert quality matter to you

Jeju has plenty of huge ocean-view cafés, but Gluttony Coffee gives you a quiet neighborhood atmosphere plus flavors that are absolutely guaranteed. I really want to strongly say that coffee lovers have to stop here. If, like me, you care about the taste of your coffee and desserts, I think you absolutely, definitely need to visit, haha. If coffee flavor matters a lot to you but you also love dessert, go at the beginning or end of your Jeju trip—you’ll be very satisfied. I was 🤗
