An interior with four-person tables and private group space

When I stepped inside Mano di Chef Myeongdong Branch, which is famous for bisque pasta in Myeongdong, the clean interior and lovely atmosphere really caught my attention. There were mostly four-person tables, along with a private space where groups can sit, so it is well suited to couples, friends, family gatherings, and group meals 😃

Mano di Chef Myeongdong Branch, famous for bisque pasta in Myeongdong, carries a variety of wines. As you would expect from an Italian restaurant, pairing your meal with wine seemed like a great way to make the occasion feel even more special 🍷 It also seems like a nice place to spend time together for an upcoming year-end gathering.
Menu options from steak to the Bistecca set

Let me introduce the varied menu at Mano di Chef Myeongdong Branch, a Myeongdong restaurant known for pasta 😆 The mains include a wide range of Italian dishes, such as steak, pasta, risotto, pizza, and salad. In particular, the Bistecca set is a full-course option at Mano di Chef Myeongdong Branch, covering everything from the starter through the main dish and dessert. It is a menu I would recommend for birthdays, anniversaries, or even a formal meeting between families.
The truffle pizza, risotto, and pasta I ordered
At Mano di Chef Myeongdong Branch, a Myeongdong restaurant known for bisque pasta, pickles and jalapeños were served as the basic side dishes.

Truffle & matsutake mushroom pizza / ₩28,900
At Mano di Chef Myeongdong Branch, which I would recommend for a date in Myeongdong, I wanted to order a whole truffle and matsutake mushroom pizza to share 🍕 I chose it partly because I love the aroma of truffle oil, but it was also a pizza with a handmade dough base generously topped with premium matsutake mushrooms, mushroom cream, and cheese. One bite filled my mouth with nutty cheese and truffle oil aroma, while the matsutake texture still came through. The moist dough tied it all together so well—it was delicious.

Gamtae pesto & seafood barley risotto / ₩32,900
At Mano di Chef Myeongdong Branch, a Myeongdong Blue Ribbon restaurant, I ordered the gamtae pesto seafood barley risotto, topped with tender, chewy scallops along with plump shrimp and octopus. Gamtae is a fragrant Korean seaweed, and the dish arrived plated in a way that suited the design of the plate so perfectly?
The rich, nutty gamtae pesto seafood barley risotto was wonderfully creamy, yet the shrimp and octopus retained their texture. Especially delicious were the scallops, torched crisp on the outside and moist within, which simply melted in my mouth 😋

Red shrimp aglio e olio pasta / ₩31,900
The red shrimp aglio e olio pasta I ordered at this Myeongdong restaurant known for bisque pasta came with springy cooked red shrimp over squid-ink-coated noodles. Just looking at it, doesn't it have an unbelievably appetizing look?

Aglio e olio is a pasta flavored with olive oil and plenty of garlic, and this one had such a savory depth in every bite. The noodles were cooked nicely al dente too, so there was a satisfying chew. I sincerely recommend visiting Mano di Chef Myeongdong Branch, famous for bisque pasta in Myeongdong, for some delicious, authentic Italian food 🙌
