Menya Seoul Yongsan I'Park Mall Branch is a ramen restaurant on the 7th floor of Yongsan I'Park Mall. It's open daily 11:00–22:00 with last order at 21:00, and parking follows the mall's own policy.

I was shopping at Yongsan I'Park Mall and trying to decide on dinner, so I came up to the 7th floor for Menya Seoul ramen!

'Ramen where the chashu shines' — Menya Seoul carefully makes ramen that's good enough to eat every day, the kind of warm bowl that brightens your whole day. It was quiet on a weekday evening, but orders still kept coming in nonstop. This was my first time trying it at I'Park Mall, and the seating was spacious and comfortable!!

Sweet Happy Hour and side dishes at Menya Seoul

SWEET HAPPY HOUR runs weekdays 14:00–18:00 — order a set and you get 2 free red bean spring rolls. Following the order steps, I picked spicy broth, dongpo pork, and a set! My friend went with mild broth, dongpo pork, and a single, haha.

Other side dishes include crispy gyoza, karaage, and a sweet soy chicken rice bowl, so try a variety.

Seating and tray return: fine for solo diners and dates

There's a bar table, and since it's a food court there's plenty of shared seating, so it works well solo, on a date, for lunch, or for dinner.

The dish return station is off to the side, so return your dishes once you're done. There's no apron provided, but a water cooler and hand-washing area are right in front of the store.

I paid ₩17,900 for the dongpo pork set (crispy gyoza, zero-sugar cola) and ₩12,900 for a dongpo pork single, ₩30,800 in total. There's also chilled giant prawn ramen ₩12,900, whole pork belly mazesoba ₩11,900, and double lamb skewer chashu ramen ₩16,900 — plenty to choose from if you're shopping at I'Park Mall and want to eat here.

Mild dongpo pork chashu ramen: a clean, easy-on-the-stomach broth

Menya Seoul's signature dongpo pork chashu ramen comes topped with tender dongpo pork and jambon. The broth was cleaner and lighter than I expected, which was great. My stomach was a little upset after a spicy lunch, but this savory, mild version was gentle on it.

How spicy is the spicy dongpo pork chashu ramen?

The spicy dongpo pork chashu ramen is only about as hot as shin ramyun, so even spice-shy eaters can handle it 👍 It's just spicy enough to work as a hangover cure, and I'd also recommend ordering a bowl of rice to mix in.

What comes in the set, including the crispy gyoza

The set comes with ramen, pickled radish, crispy gyoza, and a drink — and that crispy gyoza!! Totally good, delicious!! Ordering the set saves ₩3,900 and gets you a tasty side, so I'd recommend going with the set ✨

Why Menya Seoul works before shopping or a CGV movie

Dongpo pork chashu ramen with a deep, savory tonkotsu-based broth. Being inside I'Park Mall means no weather to worry about, and with wheelchair- and high-chair-accessible seating, it's a really solid place to eat on the way to shopping or a CGV screening.

Menya Seoul is topped with tender dongpo pork instead of regular chashu — the only ramen restaurant like it in Seoul. After some shopping, a good bowl of ramen, and a cool date even though it's still a bit warm at midday, I left in a great mood. I'd recommend this Yongsan I'Park Mall favorite, Menya Seoul.
