Today I heard a great all-you-can-eat lamb rib place opened in Yeongdeungpo, so I went to check it out! Yangnam Yanghwa (양남양화) offers unlimited premium lamb ribs, and the best part is the staff grill everything for you 👍

All bar seating with partitions: how quiet is Yangnam Yanghwa?

The whole interior of Yangnam Yanghwa is set up as bar seating! There are nice partitions between tables so I didn't feel uncomfortable at all while eating. The place wasn't loud either, which was really nice 🫠

All-you-can-eat lamb rib price and 2-hour time limit

The menu is premium lamb rib all-you-can-eat, so you can order unlimited refills of meat, and you get a generous 2 hours to eat!

At Yangnam Yanghwa, the bar table comes set with basic side dishes and sauces like this. The banchan (side dishes) are exactly what lamb ribs need — pickled gungchae and ssammu (pickled radish) — which I loved 🫠

Lamb grilled for you over charcoal, plus a lemon highball welcome drink

The biggest strength of Yangnam Yanghwa is that they grill all the lamb for you! Right at the bar table, staff grill each guest's meat over charcoal — it was so great 👍

While the meat grills, you get a welcome drink that's refreshing and delicious! It's low in alcohol, kind of like a lemon highball, so it's easy to enjoy lightly.

Here's the first round of lamb ribs. The owner explained the lamb really well too, so I felt like I could eat it with confidence haha. You can just tell from looking — no smell, top quality lamb!

First cuts: lamb loin and tenderloin

The first cuts they grill are the loin and tenderloin! They grill it professionally from start to finish. Being able to watch it grilled right in front of you was amazing — grilling meat yourself is such a hassle, so having someone grill each piece deliciously for you is so convenient 💖

The grilled meat gets placed on your plate like this! I wonder if the quality comes through in the photos ㅠ It really bursts with juice in one bite. There's no gamey smell, so I think even first-timers with lamb would enjoy it 👍

There are various sauces too, so it's fun mixing and matching. I'm a fan of cumin, so I recommend dipping it in cumin seasoning haha...

The next round of lamb ribs they grill — the visuals are amazing, right..? Since Yangnam Yanghwa grills everything for you, you can chat with your companions the whole time without interruption while eating lamb, which was so nice 😙

You could really feel the expertise in their hands, so I trusted it and ate happily. Also, after eating lamb at Yangnam Yanghwa, my clothes barely smelled of it afterward, which made me even more satisfied 👍

While waiting, they bring out the second round of well-grilled lamb ribs on your plate like this 💖 Again, thanks to the great grilling, there's no gamey smell and you get plenty of that lamb flavor. If you're eating lamb in Yeongdeungpo, I recommend Yangnam Yanghwa!!!

The best part: mushrooms grilled in foil

They also grill vegetables along the way, and especially the mushrooms wrapped and grilled in foil were the best 💖 Chewy, with insane mushroom juices(?) ㅠ

Eating the grilled vegetables together with lamb like this is seriously... a 100000/10 satisfaction level ㅠ It's not noisy and they grill for you, so it seems great for a date or a first meeting. If you bring your girlfriend here, she'd definitely love it ,,

Sides at Yangnam Yanghwa: seafood ramyeon 7,000 won, garlic rice 4,000 won

When things started feeling rich, I ordered seafood ramyeon (₩7,000) too. Spicy broth is a must with meat 👍 The seafood makes the broth refreshing and really cuts through the richness!

I also ordered garlic rice (₩4,000) — you can taste the garlic in every grain, and the flakes on top add texture, which I really enjoyed.

Hallabong ice cream for dessert, and is Yangnam Yanghwa worth it?

Dessert was Hallabong (Korean citrus) ice cream, and finishing off with something refreshing was so nice 👍

Yangnam Yanghwa, an all-you-can-eat lamb rib spot in Yeongdeungpo, grills everything for you from start to finish and the place isn't loud, so I highly recommend it! Since they grill it all for you, you can just talk with your companions the whole time, which makes it a great date spot too 😙 Even though it's all-you-can-eat, the lamb isn't the bland kind — they carefully select only premium lamb, so you won't be disappointed!! 👍 If you're looking for a great lamb spot in Yeongdeungpo, Yangnam Yanghwa is a total.must. 🍖
