Sinbu-dong Cheonan café with autumn sun on the patio: Brewers Coffee

It had been a while since I'd been to Cheonan! The weather was so good that day, sunny and bright, perfect for wandering around. After lunch I wanted a coffee, so I found this place. The vibe was absolutely top tier. So happy I found somewhere like this!

Brewers Coffee in Sinbu-dong is on the ground floor of the café alley right across from Cheonan Bus Terminal. It's more convenient to park in the nearby public parking lot. We went on a weekend lunchtime and it was genuinely packed — a real hotspot!

This whole alley is lined with cafés, and so many stylish ones at that! Just walking through with the sunshine and good weather already felt great.

I was honestly stunned the moment I walked into Brewers Coffee Sinbu-dong — the inside was completely full. That alone told me how popular this place is. There were so few seats left that you had to grab a table before you could even order! Brewers Coffee also has outdoor seats, which are great on a nice day. On sunny days like this, the outdoor seats are just as good!

And even better — Brewers Coffee has a huge dessert lineup! This display case alone makes me happy just looking at it! Sweet, reasonably priced, tons of variety, and they all look delicious!

Financiers and madeleines on offer

Apple earl grey financier, vanilla macadamia financier, nunetine financier, plain financier, almond choco madeleine, crème brûlée madeleine, and more — so many desserts perfect for pairing with coffee! The financiers and madeleines come in so many varieties, it's perfect for picking a bunch!

Canelé and the Dubai chocolate financier

Dubai chocolate financier, butter rice cake financier, earl grey canelé, pistachio canelé — so many desserts that look delicious! And that pistachio canelé covered in bright green pistachio bits! It looks crispy just from the photo, and the green color is so pretty!

A tart iced americano at the outdoor tables in Sinbu-dong

Brewers Coffee is so pretty with its black-and-white vibe. I ordered takeout and sat outside, and the gentle breeze and warm sunshine were so nice that I ended up staying there quite a while. It really felt like fall!

Even the cup is so pretty at Brewers Coffee! It was packaged neatly, and even the takeout was wrapped so carefully. I drank it on the way up and the slightly tart iced americano was so good! It really feels like a place serious about coffee — if they sold beans here, I'd definitely buy some! I'll have to stop by every time I come down to Cheonan!

Salted caramel financier and canelé, unpacked at home

I also picked out a few desserts to have with the coffee, and even the packaging was pretty! We got financiers and canelé, and each one was wrapped so neatly that it made me happy just looking at it!

The first dessert we ordered was the salted caramel financier! The outside was completely chewy, salty-sweet, and so delicious. I could easily eat five in one sitting!

There were so many types of financiers that I wanted to try them all. If I get the chance, I'd love to pack a few different ones as a gift! Neat and delicious!

And the canelé we had alongside was so chewy and so tasty! Brewers Coffee in Sinbu-dong is definitely a place I want to visit again when I go to Cheonan. Great variety of desserts and drinks, a hip vibe, and kind staff — everything about it was good. If you're near Cheonan Terminal, be sure to stop by!
