A few years back I had soufflé near Hyehwa Station and was completely won over by how soft it was. After moving to Cheonan I'd forgotten all about that memory, but then I heard there's a famous soufflé spot in Sinbu-dong and there was no way I could skip it haha. Off to Andamiro Pancake, the Sinbu-dong dessert café, we go~

It's on the 2nd floor of a building near Sinbu Culture Park. You just head up the stairs to reach the 2nd-floor shop.

🚘 There's no dedicated parking lot, so you'll need to find street parking nearby or use a public parking lot. Honestly, we found it hard to find a spot, so taking public transit was more convenient.

I think a café's interior and atmosphere matter just as much as the taste. This Sinbu-dong café, Andamiro Pancake, has a stylish yet cozy vibe, so you can settle in comfortably no matter who you're with.

I also loved the open, airy feeling from the floor-to-ceiling windows ❤️

Menu, kiosk ordering and how long the pancake takes

The signature menu here is the soufflé pancake. There's a wide variety of soufflé pancakes, so anyone who loves them can't pass this place by. You can also order croffles, sorbet, coffee, drinks, and tea.

Ordering is done via kiosk! Just select what you want and pay.

Since the pancake is cooked right after you order, it takes 20-30 minutes — but the taste makes the wait worth it, so I'd recommend the soufflé pancake without hesitation 🌟

Decaf café latte and Andamiro choco

I ordered a decaf café latte, an Andamiro choco, and the Andamiro soufflé pancake (with green tea ice cream added)! Since the soufflé pancake takes time, the coffee and drink came out first. My companion's Andamiro choco had a soft, sweet flavor.

My decaf café latte had a subtle, nutty charm that I really liked 😆 You can switch to decaf for an extra charge, and I think it was the right call. I didn't used to have this issue, but at some point drinking coffee in the afternoon started keeping me up at night. Still, I can't give up coffee entirely, so being able to switch to decaf meant I could drink it without any worry 😊

How does the Andamiro soufflé pancake with green tea ice cream taste?

The highlight of the day was the Andamiro soufflé pancake. Just looking at the soufflé cake topped with seasonal fruit made me happy 😍

With a visual that guarantees good taste and grabs your attention, there's no way you could skip taking photos or video haha.

Softness, sweetness, and freshness came together perfectly, delivering a flavor like quiet happiness.

I heard Andamiro Pancake is a beloved dessert café in Seongsu-dong, Konkuk University area, and Sungshin Women's University area too — after trying the soufflé, I get why haha.

The green tea ice cream I added wasn't too sweet and had a nice chewy texture — totally my type! Next time I'd like to try the sorbet too ❤️

Is Andamiro Pancake Cheonan worth a visit?

I had high expectations since it's a popular soufflé spot in Seoul, and this Sinbu-dong café satisfied every bit of it. The soufflé pancake was great, of course, but the other menu items were solid too, so I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a café in Sinbu-dong 😆
