Why we chose Loventa's Suwon Haenggung branch in Haenggung-dong

Loventa runs two branches, Seongsu and Suwon Haenggung, and the writer and her husband picked the Suwon Haenggung branch for its easy access. We wanted to make a special memory together and kept wondering what to do, so we decided on a ring workshop date🤍 The place we visited was Loventa's Haenggung branch!

What are the private rooms at Loventa Suwon Haenggung like?

Loventa Suwon Haenggung has several rooms where just the two of you can make rings in private. As you'd expect from such a famous date course, there were really a lot of private rooms.

and then, in we go!!!!! We picked Room 2, which overlooks Workshop Street (공방거리)!!!

How do you choose a couple ring design at Loventa?

At Loventa Suwon Haenggung, you first look at design samples and check the prices, then try them on to choose. The designs are said to change once every 6 months.

How is the ring size measured?

At Loventa Suwon Haenggung, finger size is measured with a ring gauge, and the staff recommend a size that accounts for seasonal hand swelling and comfort. First they carefully measured my finger size with a ring gauge🙌 They don't just measure the current size; they recommended the size that would be most comfortable to wear, taking seasonal swelling and fit into account!!

I was a 13 and a 15, and my husband was a 22.

Making the couple rings: from sanding to polishing

Making the FLOW couple rings went in this order: smoothing the bumpy surfaces of rings prepared in each size, sanding them, then polishing for shine. The rings we picked arrived in our sizes.

First, smooth out the bumpy surface of the ring, then sand! We ground it from coarse grit to fine grit, one after another, to make the surface smooth,

What a ring workshop date shows about each other's personality

A ring workshop date as a couple quietly shows each other's personality, so I recommend it!! My husband is the type who keeps refining until the end, saying "just a little prettier!", while I'm the "this is good enough!" type ^^ Even when you make the same ring, the process is totally different! Helping and cheering each other on, we got to know each other's personalities all over again and make memories together, so it's really fun!!!

Finally, finish it off with a polishing machine or a polishing cloth until it's sparkling, and you're done!!

Is a couple ring you make yourself worth recommending?

The writer strongly recommends making couple rings at Loventa Suwon Haenggung. I'd only ever thought of buying couple rings at a store, so being able to make them myself was so much fun. Engraving a phrase and a date that mean something to both of us, I was so excited to wait, thinking we'd end up with one-of-a-kind rings!

It's not just making a pretty accessory but a process of putting your own shared memories into it, so I highly recommend making couple rings!!!!!!!!!!

When do you get the finished rings?

At Loventa Suwon Haenggung, you can pick up your rings about 1 hour after making them. It's a good time to stroll around Haenggung-dong and have a meal while you wait.
