Bucheon hair salon root touch-up and head spa: Reubia Hair

It was time for a root touch-up, so I visited Reubia Hair (르비아 헤어) Bucheon Branch. This time, I decided to have my roots colored to match my existing hair color and add a head spa as well.

How do you get there from Bucheon City Hall Station, and is parking available?

The salon is on the third floor of City Office, a three-minute walk from Exit 5 of Bucheon City Hall Station. When the original post was written, it was open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

If you visit by car, you can use the City Office underground parking lot, and I was able to receive parking settlement support for the duration of my service. The building's stated parking rate at the time was ₩1,000 per 20 minutes. The salon exterior was neat, and the restroom was a shared commercial-building restroom.

How were service prices and the first-visit discount explained?

At the time of my visit, I was told that first-time visitors booking through Naver Booking could receive 20% off all services.

The membership information stated that paying ₩500,000 gave 10% off all services, while paying ₩1,000,000 gave 20% off all services. The discount and membership details were current as of Sep 2026, when the original post was written.

The price list showed prices by service, including cuts, blow-dries, perms, coloring, and treatments. Prices varied by the stylist's level and hair length, and detailed prices could be checked through Naver Booking.

What were the treatment and waiting areas like?

The interior was spacious and neatly maintained. From the window seats, I could see the green scenery outside, and the waiting area was fairly roomy. There were sofa chairs for comfortable waiting, along with a variety of hair-care products available to buy.

How did the root touch-up matched to my existing hair color go?

During the consultation, I asked for the color to match my existing hair color exactly. The senior stylist carefully checked my current color.

Before coloring, they applied a scalp protectant and prepared my face area to prevent dye from getting on it.

What drinks and snacks were offered while the dye was prepared?

While I waited, I received a drink menu. It included Americano, café latte, vanilla latte, juice, and several kinds of tea. I was also told that homemade cookies and toast were available.

I chose an iced Americano. They placed a tray right in front of my chair, so I could drink it comfortably, and I also received a sweet sablé butter cookie.

How long did I wait after the dye was applied?

They carefully applied the dye prepared to match my existing color, including the inner layers of my hair. Seeing them apply it thoroughly made me less worried about uneven color.

About 20 minutes after all the dye had been applied, they checked the color. Once they confirmed it had developed well, I moved to the shampoo room.

What was the head spa in the massage chair like?

The shampoo room had two regular chairs and one massage chair. I received the head spa in the massage chair.

They covered me with a blanket and covered my eyes before starting. They washed my hair with color-specific shampoo, applied treatment, and then performed the head spa by hand. It was so relaxing that I was almost asleep, so I did not take any photos of the process.

While they loosened my scalp by hand, the massage chair operated as well. My head and body felt refreshed, and I felt my tension and fatigue ease.

How did the root touch-up and blow-dry turn out?

After the shampoo and head spa, they dried my hair and gave it a blow-dry. My hair is long, so drying it took time, but they remained thorough and kind through the end.

I was pleased that the root area blended naturally into my existing hair color. I did not receive a separate treatment, but I personally felt almost no damage after coloring, and my hair looked glossy.

I was able to receive the services comfortably in a spacious, neat setting, and the service was kind from the consultation through the finish. What stood out most from this visit was the root touch-up matched to my existing color and the head spa I received while resting in the massage chair.
