One of my coworker friends near Anguk Station kept telling me to come for lunch sometime~ I could never find the time 🥲 but I finally set a date and went, haha! Apparently it's a place even locals near Anguk Station rave about —

Apparently the original branch is in Suwon and it's a super famous pizza spot?? And I heard the Anguk branch is just as popular as the original, so I went in with high expectations. 🤎

The first thing that caught my eye was the red-brick interior. It felt like a restaurant somewhere in the middle of Europe ❤️

How long was the weekday lunch wait at Low Five Anguk?

The in-person line at Low Five Anguk starts at 11:05am, but we arrived at 11:08am, put our name on CatchTable, and still got waiting number 6, haha. I can't even imagine how popular this place is, lol. FYI, remote CatchTable booking only opens at 11:40am^^ We registered for the wait and wandered around a few hot Bukchon spots nearby, then showed up right at 11:30am, and the staff kindly showed us in. 😄

The interior of Low Five Anguk had lush green branch decorations mixed with brick accents and round lighting fixtures, giving it the feel of a casual European restaurant 🤎 The staff were all young, good-looking, and friendly too, which made it even better (whispering) hehe ❤️

What three people ordered at Low Five Anguk

Honestly, I'd looked up reviews before visiting, and it seemed like ordering the corn pizza at Low Five Anguk, this Anguk Station pizza spot, was pretty much mandatory?? I went in determined to order it no matter what — five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ before even tasting it, haha.

That's when it clicked why the corn pizza is the signature dish at Low Five Anguk, this Anguk Station pizza spot. My friends were raving about how good it was too, digging in enthusiastically. 👍👍👍

The savory-sweet-salty corn, the thick and creamy sauce, and the crispy pizza dough all came together perfectly to create the best possible flavor.

The truffle cream pasta was, true to its name, packed full of truffle aroma in a creamy sauce.

The rich, thick cream sauce with mushrooms and the perfectly cooked pasta noodles gave it such a great texture 😆 It paired really well with the corn pizza we also ordered, so I was glad we got both a pizza and a pasta, haha.
