Returning to the Exhibition Hall After Five Years

It has been, oh wow... five years since I came to Figure Museum Jeju, haha. I first came when I was pregnant, and so much had changed!!

Figure Museum Jeju displays a wide range of rare, intricate, high-quality figures: action figures, movie statues, giant life-size movie characters, and even upcycled healing-art pieces!!
What Are Action and Movie Figures?
In dictionary terms, a figure means a form, shape, appearance, or model. The figures we refer to are works that miniaturize, render in three dimensions, or otherwise portray characters and people from animation, films, comics, games, entertainers, celebrities, and athletes.
Compared with children's toys, the quality and detail are incredibly high, made so meticulously that they can be almost indistinguishable from the original character. Depending on the type, the joints may move, or the original size and form may be recreated exactly, which is really impressive.

I think Dad and the kid were the most excited, haha.

Trying On Helmets and Props

Become the hero of a superhero movie! Put on replicas (reproductions of the originals) and make some wonderful memories. The experience area is inside the life-size figure halls, Exhibition Rooms 3 and 4 on the first floor.
What was great about coming back after five years was that there were helmets and props you could actually wear, so it was so fun to feel like you had become the main character yourself. Somehow Dad seemed the most excited, hahaha.

Spider-Man / Iron Man Mark 85 helmets

My husband tried on nearly every single one at least once, hahaha. / Guardians of the Galaxy Ronan's hammer
That is a Star Wars lightsaber, right?? Hahaha.

Thor's shield? And so on, haha. I do not watch much Marvel, so I am not sure, haha.
Game of Thrones and One Piece Figures

I love Game of Thrones so much, haha. There was not just the throne, but all sorts of things like swords and masks. It was so fun, haha.

I used to love One Piece so muchㅠㅠ I collected figures before. Chopper, Chopper ❤️❤️❤️
A Pikachu Plush and Pen from the Gift Shop

The gift-shop prices were not terribly expensive!! There were so many things to buy, but I held back, haha. I think the owner has great taste 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Sol could not pass it by either, so we bought a Pikachu plush and a pen here, hahaha.
This is a one-of-a-kind figure museum in Jeju where the owner's incredible passion really shines through. There were more figures and props, and it was so nice that you could take part in the experience. I loved that it is a tourist attraction the whole family can enjoy.
