Three breads and truffle pizza with a kid at Gimpo café The Nillai

In short

The Nillai is a very large bakery and brunch café on Yangchonyeok-gil in Yangchon-eup, Gimpo, Gyeonggi. On a second visit with a child, the order was three breads — a cookie, salt bread and a croissant — plus truffle mushroom pizza and three drinks, for a total of 56,500 won, and the pizza, made by a chef formerly of the 63 Building, came through strongly with truffle and pine mushroom aroma. Free parking and themed zones made The Nillai easy for both a family outing and a group meet-up.

Today I went to The Nillai, a huge café in Gimpo. This is actually my second visit to The Nillai haha ^^ It's a brunch spot run by a chef who used to work at the 63 Building, so today I decided to try the pizza ~ It's also great to visit with a kid! Since it's such a massive café, it's perfect for group gatherings too. Let me post about it in detail!!

Where is The Nillai and is parking free?

Large free parking lot in front of The Nillai

The Nillai is located at 80 Yangchonyeok-gil, Yangchon-eup, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, G floor, and since it's such a large café, you don't need to worry about parking! There's a huge parking lot right in front of The Nillai ~ and parking is free ^^

The Nillai's exterior, interior and themed zones

Full exterior view of The Nillai café

This is the exterior of The Nillai, the huge Gimpo café ~ Pretty massive, right? So classy ~~ ❤️ Walk inside and you'll be surprised all over again by how spacious it is! And the space is divided by theme ~ which was really nice haha

The media art room space at The Nillai

There's also a media art room! This seems like a space kids would really love. But we wanted to sit somewhere with a view of the outside, so we ate elsewhere!

This spot here is the no-kids zone, and it's just so pretty...... I'd really recommend it as a date spot too, it's such a lovely café. The vibe is seriously 👍👍👍

The Nillai's bakery lineup and the breads my child picked

The Nillai is famous for its brunch, but it also has a huge bakery lineup ~ my son loves bread so much, so I picked breads based on his taste. There were barely any cakes left. Guess we need to go earlier next time ㅜㅜ haha

The Nillai also sells its own goods!

Cookie, salt bread, and croissant, the three breads chosen

We picked cookies, salt bread, and croissant. My kid's taste is really consistent. He loves croissant and salt bread, and that's exactly what he picked here too ~ The croissant was sweet and really delicious! Personally 😊 I didn't even get to try the cookie since he wouldn't let me have any ^^ .....

My kid happily eating the bread ^^ The view outside felt almost like being abroad, kind of like the scent of Jeju Island ~ Really pretty!

What we ordered at The Nillai and what it cost

I ordered an iced Americano, my husband ordered a vanilla latte, and our kid ordered a chocolate latte. With the three breads plus the truffle mushroom pizza, the total came to 56,500 won!

How The Nillai's truffle mushroom pizza tastes

Maybe because it's made by a chef formerly of the 63 Building.. the pizza was seriously so, so good. The truffle and pine mushroom aroma came through really strongly, and it was insanely delicious haha The cheese stretched beautifully too.... the aroma was amazing and the taste was amazing too....

Adding a little lychee cream made it sweeter and even more delicious ㅠㅠ haha I want to try that again!! Such a delicious pizza ~ so now I'm curious how the other menu items taste!!

A plate with some truffle mushroom pizza left
A pizza plate cleaned completely empty

We ate well! Cleaned the plate completely!! The coffee was tasty and the brunch was tasty too! And on top of that, the atmosphere was great ❤️ A place that satisfied both adults and kids — The Nillai is really great!
