I visited Mini Male Roastery & Coffee Bar Seocho Gyodae Branch, famous among Seocho cafés for its bakery! It's located between Gyodae Station and Seocho Station, with high-caliber coffee and a wide variety of baked goods, so I was really satisfied and wanted to share :)

I went to Mini Male Roastery Coffee Bar Seocho Gyodae Branch, a bakery hotspot among Seocho-dong cafés~ It's located near Exit 9 of Gyodae Station, and the floor-to-ceiling windows gave the whole storefront a really stylish feel!👏🏻

I went with one of Mini Male's representative signature drinks, the Helsinki Latte~ I usually love lattes, and hearing it described as a 'Helsinki-style' latte made me so curious that I ordered it right away haha

True to being a bakery specialist among Seocho-dong cafés, they had all kinds of baked goods! From cookie-style baked treats to European-style babka in several varieties, they had it all haha bread lovers would absolutely love it here!

When you come to a bakery hotspot, you have to order everything you want to try! I ordered one kind of the European-style babka, the signature Helsinki Latte, and the orange pound cake, all based on how pretty they looked~

How does the signature O Chocolat Babka taste?

The first dessert was the signature O Chocolat Babka! The deep richness of dark chocolate combined with a citrusy brightness makes for a refreshing yet sweet babka👍🏻

The heavy, sweet cacao aroma of dark chocolate paired so well with the bright orange scent, and it wasn't just chocolate on the outside — there was plenty of chocolate syrup inside too, making it a really delicious dessert! They had many other types of babka too, so next time I'd love to try something like a matcha babka💜

Orange pound cake — does it go well with coffee?

The second dessert was the orange pound cake~~ It's a moist pound cake with a subtle, refreshing orange fragrance rising softly, and it looks gorgeous too!

The orange flavor was lovely and paired subtly well with coffee — a bright-tasting bread that felt just right as a dessert haha The texture was super soft and completely moist!

Signature Helsinki Latte

There were several delicious-looking coffee options, but I ordered the representative signature coffee, the Helsinki Latte~ They said it recreates a life-changing latte they encountered while traveling in Helsinki, Finland, using Mini Male's own recipe, which made me really curious about the taste haha

The Helsinki Latte had a rich milk flavor blended with a smooth coffee that had no bitterness, coming together into a smooth, refined latte with no heaviness at all! Anyone who usually loves lattes will definitely love this one, and since it's not too sweet, it pairs well with all the bakery items, so I recommend it ❤️
