The dish I was most looking forward to that day was, of course, the raw sirloin skewer sweet and sour pork.

I popped the yolk with my chopsticks and mixed it into the noodles. The nutty yolk blended with the rich jjajang sauce, making the flavor even smoother and richer.

The sauce wasn't overly salty or heavy on seasoning, so my kid ate it all up without any complaints.
