On a weekend evening, my family and I wanted pasta and pizza, so we found Bueokgan Restaurant. The atmosphere was great, but what I remember most is the savory anchovy oil pasta and the sweet potato fries I hadn't had in a while.

Where is Bueokgan Yangsan Oslo Park, and where do you park?
Bueokgan Restaurant Yangsan Oslo Park Branch is on the basement floor of Oslo Park, and you can use the Oslo Park underground parking lot with 2 hours supported. This time we visited with family around 6pm on a weekend evening.
Being inside Oslo Park, it's nice to look around before or after the meal, and the underground parking made it easy to move around with kids. The 2-hour parking support was plenty for a meal, and we got in right away with no waiting. If you're looking for a Western restaurant in Yangsan, Gyeongnam where the whole family can enjoy pasta or pizza together, this is a good one to check out.

Inside Bueokgan: atmosphere and seating
The interior of Bueokgan Restaurant Yangsan Oslo Park Branch has a European restaurant feel, with red flooring, an arched ceiling, and wood-toned tables all coming together. The large glass windows and awning stood out from outside, but the atmosphere felt even more distinctive once we stepped in.
The red floor combined with the rounded arched ceiling and wood-toned tables and chairs gave off a slightly vintage yet European restaurant vibe. There was also a display cabinet on one side with ingredients and decorative items, which was fun to look at.

The tables weren't packed too tightly, and there were seats ranging from tables for 2-4 to larger group seating, making it a good Yangsan Oslo Park restaurant for couples' dates as well as family dinners or gatherings.
Bueokgan menu and prices: the three dishes we ordered
What we ordered at Bueokgan Restaurant was shrimp anchovy oil pasta for 18,000 won, truffle mushroom pizza for 22,000 won, and sweet potato fries for 8,000 won. Beyond pasta and pizza, the menu was quite varied, including salads, lasagna, risotto, gnocchi, and steak.
Rather than ordering a lot of just one dish, I think it works well to each order your favorite dish and add a pizza or side to share — the portions end up just right and you get to enjoy a variety of flavors.

Shrimp anchovy oil pasta: savory, with no fishy taste
Personally, my favorite dish of the meal was the shrimp anchovy oil pasta (18,000 won). You might think anchovies could bring a fishy taste, but there was none of that at all — instead, a salty, savory flavor blended naturally into the oil, and one bite in I thought, "Wow, this is delicious."
Big shrimp, garlic, and vegetables were mixed in too, adding great flavor when eaten with the noodles. It's less about aggressive saltiness and more about vivid umami, so if you like oil pasta, I'd recommend this one. If you're searching for a Western restaurant in Yangsan, Gyeongnam, this pasta is worth trying at least once.

Truffle mushroom pizza: light wood-fired dough
The truffle mushroom pizza (22,000 won) had generous mushroom toppings, so it looked great from the start. The grilled mushrooms had a chewy texture, and the subtle truffle aroma added good depth of flavor.
That said, the aroma wasn't overpowering or heavy — it was light overall, so it wasn't tiring to keep eating. The dough was thick, but rather than bread-like, it had the light, chewy texture of a wood-fired pizza, with plenty of cheese too. Alternating between the savory oil pasta and the light truffle mushroom pizza made for a great combination.

Sweet potato fries: the side the kids finished first
Personally, I was genuinely happy to spot the sweet potato fries (8,000 won) on the menu. Back when I was in Gold Coast, Australia, sweet potato was always what I ordered at Hurricane's Grill — I really loved it.
I liked it enough to stop by alone sometimes even without other plans, so seeing it on the menu again after all this time brought back those memories instantly.

The thick-cut sweet potatoes were crispy outside and sweet and soft inside, and with cheese added on top, the sweetness and saltiness worked well together. The kids ate them without any fuss, so it was also great as a side to order and share as a family. It tasted great, but it also brought back travel memories, which made it even more memorable for me personally.

Is Bueokgan Yangsan Oslo Park worth it for a family dinner?
Visiting Bueokgan Restaurant for a weekend family dinner was satisfying overall, from the atmosphere to the food. The shrimp anchovy oil pasta especially, with its savory flavor and no fishy taste, is a dish I kept thinking about afterward, and the truffle mushroom pizza's chewy dough, generous cheese, and mushroom texture all worked well together.
Adding the sweet potato fries, which the kids loved too, made for a great combination overall. Rather than sticking to just one dish, I'd recommend everyone picking a main and sharing a pizza or side together.
If you're looking for a Yangsan Oslo Park restaurant with a great atmosphere to enjoy pasta and pizza, or a Western restaurant in Yangsan, Gyeongnam to visit with family, Bueokgan Restaurant Yangsan Oslo Park Branch is worth a visit.
