Weekend open-run lunch, jajangmyeon double at a Haeundae Chinese
Bueokgan Chinese Marine City Branch is an ocean-view Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor of the Marine City The Sharp Adelis commercial building in Haeundae, Busan. The writer and her husband opened-run for a window seat on a weekend lunch and ordered a double portion of jajangmyeon (black bean noodles), beef brisket jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup), and a small black vinegar pork tenderloin tangsuyuk — clean plating and generous portions for two. With Dongbaek Island and the sea filling the window, it's a spot worth returning to for a slightly special Chinese meal in Haeundae.
