Lasagna and ragu fettuccine at Two Find Peter, a Siheung pasta spot

This visit was arranged through Super Members, but this is actually a regular haunt in the Eungye district that I visit solo with my own money once every week or two! The interior is so clean and upscale, and the food is high quality for a very fair price too — a great pizza and pasta spot in Eungye 👍🏻

Wood-tone interior: why this Eungye pasta spot is worth a repeat visit

Step off the elevator on the 4th floor and Two Find Peter's entrance is right there on the left! The inside has a wood-tone interior, with wood walls that match the rest of the space beautifully 🪵✨👍🏻

This is my favorite part of Two Find Peter — the interior itself. Having this kind of tasteful, upscale restaurant in the neighborhood, with such good value, high-quality pasta, is why I come here like it's my local mill 👍🏻

The Two Find Peter menu and the three dishes ordered this time

Two Find Peter really covers a wide range — steaks, risotto, pasta, even pizza, nothing missing, so it took us forever just to choose 👀 We ended up ordering shrimp oil basil pasta, ragu fettuccine, and lasagna!

Every meal comes with warm morning bread, balsamic oil, and pickles as the default sides.

Ragu fettuccine: wide noodles in a deep, meaty ragu sauce

Finally, the dish I'd been waiting for arrived — the ragu pasta made its entrance first 🍝 The plating is so pretty and the sauce looks rich and glossy, doesn't it?

Mix it up properly and you get the deep flavor of the ragu sauce along with the rich, chewy texture of the wide fettuccine noodles 👍🏻 It has a different charm from thin spaghetti noodles — fettuccine really fills your mouth!

Shrimp oil basil pasta: whole shrimp and roasted garlic cloves

Next up was the shrimp oil basil pasta 🫒 It has a strong basil aroma and a light, clean flavor. Plump shrimp and golden-roasted whole garlic cloves are the highlight of this pasta!

It paired really nicely alongside the ragu pasta too 🥹 The thick sauce is clean and delicious.

Limited-run lasagna: the best dish of the meal

Next up, the final boss — lasagna ✌🏻🍅 Personally, this was the tastiest dish we ordered today. It almost tasted like pizza in a way, and under the thick layer of cheese was a rich, deep tomato flavor. It said 'limited edition' on the menu — maybe that's exactly why it tasted so good 🤭

The knife they give you cuts through it pretty well, so it was easy to slice and eat. I cut off a piece carefully and popped it in my mouth. But the real final boss in my heart is actually somewhere else!

The solo-dining regular order: bocconcini cheese tomato pasta

This is the bocconcini cheese tomato pasta. These photos are from a separate visit I paid for myself, when I went for a solo dinner 🥹 It has a rich tomato sauce with garlic that gives it a deep, heavy flavor, and picking out the little bocconcini cheese balls is a joy all its own ㅜㅜ

Evening atmosphere: solo dinners, first meetings and dates

This visit was in the evening, so the atmosphere felt a bit different from a daytime visit — in the evening you'll see plenty of couples on dates and blind dates too ❣️ The vibe is nice enough that it works for family meals as well as blind dates and date nights, and it's also great for solo dining at a two-seat table like I do.
