A while back I went to Starfield Hanam and stopped for lunch at Menji, a ramen place I posted about a few days ago. On my way out, the smell of freshly baked bread from right next door was so good... haha. I couldn't just walk past it, so I ended up at Easy White Bread Hanam Misa.

The first thing that caught my eye walking into Easy White Bread was the tasting station! I snuck a bite and thought, "wait... has milk bread always been this good?"

My husband and I usually prefer breads with something inside — red bean paste, cream — over plain ones. But this milk bread was so mild yet flavorful that I thought, "I could eat this every day!"

Easy White Bread says good ingredients make good bread, so they use AOP-certified French butter and fresh dairy cream, among other carefully chosen ingredients. Maybe that's why even plain, it tasted so rich and soft.

Signature Golden Beurre or olive cheese milk bread: which to pick?

I was leaning toward the signature Golden Beurre milk bread, but the olive cheese one I tried at the tasting station was so good that I ended up going with that instead!

There are two sizes — whole or half — and the half was just right for a two-person household like ours! I picked up an olive cheese milk bread, half size, to take home~

Honestly, the house-made jams and cream cheeses on sale looked amazing too...!

Strawberry butter jam, blueberry butter jam, plain cream cheese, honey fig cream cheese, blueberry cream cheese, pecan cream cheese... quite a lineup, and I wanted to grab one, but I'm dieting so I held back...🤣 Next time I'd love to pick one up too~

The brewed coffee that goes with the milk bread

It felt like a waste to just buy bread at Easy White Bread Hanam Misa, so I ordered a coffee too~

It was fascinating watching the machine brew the coffee on its own! The taste was clean too, and it paired amazingly with the soft milk bread...!

So if you're looking for a good Hanam Misa café, this seems like a great spot to enjoy bread and coffee together!

Easy White Bread Hanam Misa has a comfortable, cozy overall vibe, and the lush green view outside the windows gives it that fresh summer feel! It's a nice spot to sit for a bit with bread and coffee, so it could work well for anyone looking for dessert near Misa Station or a date spot.

Air-fryer milk bread at home with carrot rapé and ricotta

I froze the olive cheese milk bread I brought home from Easy White Bread, except for the amount I ate right away.

A few days later I gave it a quick run through the air fryer...

Topping the bread with carrot rapé and ricotta cheese was genuinely delicious~! The savory, chewy bread with tangy carrot rapé and soft ricotta was a combo that worked way better than I expected! It was plenty tasty even without sweet jam, so it could be a great meal substitute for anyone dieting like us👍🏻
