What's on the Guksumura menu

Eating beef kalguksu, squid rice bowl and king pork cutlet with kids
Today at Guksumura, our Korean restaurant near Jecheon Station, we ordered beef kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup), squid rice bowl, and king pork cutlet!!

As soon as we sat down, they brought out the basic side dishes!! There's an even wider variety at the self-serve bar, so make use of that ^^ The utensils were kept in a sanitizer too, which made the table setup feel nice and clean~~

After ordering, the food came out pretty quickly!! When I gathered everything for photos, it was so generously portioned and the presentation was surprisingly gorgeous haha

Beef kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup)
The beef kalguksu was loaded with beef, so the broth was rich and savory!! The noodles were chewy and the portion was huge, so the kids got to eat until they were full haha The beef was so tender too, and we all enjoyed it together ^^

Squid rice bowl
The squid rice bowl was a must-order at this Korean restaurant near Jecheon!! The squid was plump and the sauce was sweet-and-spicy, pairing well with the rice haha The bean sprouts added a crunchy texture too, and the spice level was just right, so it was easy to enjoy without any worry ^^

King pork cutlet
The king pork cutlet was truly massive, with crispy breading and moist, delicious meat inside~~ Eating it with the sauce made it sweet and savory, and the kids and I both loved it!!

Personally, I think the combo of beef kalguksu, squid rice bowl, and king pork cutlet at this Jecheon Korean restaurant was so satisfying haha

Dessert: sweet pumpkin sikhye
The dessert pumpkin sikhye (sweet rice punch) was sweet and refreshing, so tasty haha Usually after a meal you'd order a drink, but since this was sikhye, I happily let the kids have plenty of it ^^
