Today's post is my review of Muhan Paldo Daepae Jamsilsaenae Branch, a great-value all-you-can-eat spot in Jamsil! True to its name, there are so many different types of shaved pork to choose from, which makes the whole meal more fun.
Where is Muhan Paldo Daepae Jamsilsaenae Branch, and what are its hours?
- Location: 184-12 Jamsil-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul
- Hours: Daily 11:00–24:00 (last order 23:00)

Inside the restaurant and the seating 🪑
The restaurant was much bigger than I expected! Plenty of tables and seats, so it's GOOD for group get-togethers or company dinners too.

At an all-you-can-eat BBQ place, the flow and comfort of the space really matter — and this place felt clean and cool, which I liked!
How much does it cost, and what are the 6 shaved cuts?

- Adults: ₩18,900
- Ages 8–10: ₩10,900
- Ages 5–7: ₩8,900

You can eat all six types unlimited: shaved pork belly, shaved pork neck, flower pork belly, frozen pork belly, Korean shaved pork, and shaved beef brisket.
So rather than piling up a ton of one type from the start, I'd recommend bringing small amounts of each and going back for whichever you liked best!!! Since it's shaved pork, it cooks fast, so it's easy to keep grabbing more.

The self-serve bar: vegetables you grill on the pan ❤️
Honestly, my favorite part of this place was the self-serve bar! It wasn't just lettuce wraps and basic side dishes — there was a whole range of ingredients you could grill yourself.

There was such a variety of things to grill alongside the meat — bean sprouts, kimchi, potato, ham, bracken fern (gosari), enoki mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, and more 👍

On top of that, there were lettuce wraps, chili peppers, sliced garlic, scallion salad, and scallion sauce! So many combinations to try with the meat, and I loved that.

Eight sauces from Korea's eight provinces 💛
A must for anyone who really loves sauces! There are a whopping 8 sauces, each representing a different region of Korea.

- Signature soy sauce
- Goesan cheonggukjang (fermented soybean) sauce
- Daegu makjang (fermented soybean paste) sauce
- Busan mustard sauce
- Jeonju gochujang (red chili paste) sauce
- Wando salted shrimp sauce
- Gangwon-do perilla oil soy sauce
- Jeju maeljeot (fermented anchovy) sauce

Even the same cut of meat tasted totally different depending on which sauce I dipped it in! 💛 Being able to try so many sauces in one sitting is great if you're someone who cares a lot about sauces and side pairings 🌟
Chewy rice tteokbokki and ice-cold slushies ❤️
The self-serve bar also had chewy rice tteokbokki (stir-fried rice cakes)! The sweet and spicy tteokbokki was really tasty too 🤤

And for dessert at the end, there were also slushies 💙

Flavors were blue lemon 💙 and orange 🧡. Having a cold one after eating meat felt so refreshing and cleansing, perfect to sip between rounds!
Finishing with Han River-style ramyeon after the meat
There's a dedicated ramyeon machine, so you can cook your own instant noodles! It really felt like eating Han River ramyeon. There were plenty of options too — Yeolla Ramyeon, Samyang Ramyeon, Jin Ramyeon, and more.

Right next to it were morning breads (soft dinner rolls), so you could build your own burger with whatever fillings you wanted! Meat first → wrap it up → tteokbokki → ramyeon → Paldo burger → slushie!

Is Muhan Paldo Daepae Jamsilsaenae worth it?
Muhan Paldo Daepae Jamsilsaenae Branch isn't just a place for unlimited shaved pork belly — it's packed with fun ways to eat however you like, from various meats and grillable ingredients to 8 regional sauces, tteokbokki, slushies, Han River-style ramyeon, and Paldo burgers! I especially loved trying all 8 regional sauces one by one to find my favorite meat pairing — the self-serve bar was so well put together that there was never a dull moment while eating 😋 If you want to eat a hearty meat meal with friends in Jamsilsaenae and enjoy a wide variety of menu items to your heart's content, I'd recommend Muhan Paldo Daepae! 🥩🔥
