And house-roasted sweet potatoes, too ❤️ Just from the exterior, I got the sense they use lots of fresh ingredients — I was excited!

The inside of Roastery Stan Yeoksam Main is cozy and compact. The tables are big, so the seats were really comfortable!!

The seating was perfect for grabbing a simple sandwich and resting a bit. There are lots of offices nearby, so it also seemed great for a quick lunch stop for a sandwich and coffee. And most of all, the owner was so kind!

And you could choose your americano's bean, too! From bright/acidic to decaf to nutty, there were 4 options, and the fact that you can even choose your beans made it clear they really care about fresh ingredients and flavor. I picked the nutty Red for the nutty-coffee fans out there ❤️

How were the club sandwich, strawberry sando and americano?

What I ordered: americano, club sandwich, strawberry sando 💕 First off, the sando and sandwich were just... huge. The coffee tasted exactly like good coffee should! The red beans were nutty in just the right amount, not too bitter — a really balanced flavor.

First, the sandwich... the potato salad + sweet mustard + tomato combo made me happy from the very first bite, honestly ㅜㅠㅜ And a sandwich that big came in two pieces! Just the sandwich alone was really filling, so it seemed perfect for lunch 💓 And above all, the vegetables were genuinely fresh. The lettuce and tomato were so crisp and fresh!!

And the strawberry sando 💕 It was packed full of strawberries inside, but most of all, the cream was seriously delicious cream!! The harmony between the cream and strawberries was so good.

It paired really well with the americano. The coffee tasted exactly as described — a low-acid, delicious everyday americano!! Eating it together with the sandwich, they went really well together.

Overall, this was a café where you could really feel the owner's care put into the food!
