Apgujeong full-body massage: 60-minute back and leg oil care, Eoseuni
In short
Eoseuni Spa Massage Gangnam Main Branch is a full-body massage spa on Dosan-daero 19-gil near Apgujeong Station in Gangnam, Seoul. After yoga left the neck, back, waist and legs feeling heavy, the writer booked the 60-minute body treatment at Eoseuni Spa, which worked broadly across the back with oil and continued down to the thighs, calves and ankles. The treatment room has two beds side by side, so it stays quiet whether you come alone or with a friend.

Hi, it's Hitchi! Since I've been doing yoga a lot lately, I've realized I need time to rest my body just as much as I need to exercise it, haha. Everything from my neck down to my back, waist and legs was feeling heavy and uncomfortable, so this time instead of focusing on just one area, I looked for a place that could handle a full-body treatment — and that's how I ended up at Eoseuni Spa in Apgujeong!

You could easily walk right past the sign out front, so keep an eye out! It's up half a flight of stairs, on what's basically the 1.5th floor.
Where is Eoseuni Spa Gangnam Main Branch, and what are its hours?

One wall had photos and signatures from past visitors, and it looked like more international guests come here than I expected! That got me even more excited??!

Consultation and waiting area before the massage
At Eoseuni Spa Gangnam Main Branch, they don't just start the treatment right away — first you get to sit and rest a bit over tea. They asked about how I was feeling that day and which areas usually bother me before starting, so even as a first-time visitor it didn't feel awkward at all.

The waiting and consultation area was just the right size, so even if there's a bit of overlap before or after your reservation time, it doesn't feel crowded. I arrived right on time for my reservation, so after the consultation the treatment started right away!
Two beds side by side: how private is the treatment room?

The treatment room I used had two beds set up in it. Since the beds are placed side by side, it seemed like a good fit not just for solo visits but also as an Apgujeong massage date course, or somewhere to go with friends or family.

The lighting wasn't bright, more soft and dim, which was easy on the eyes during the treatment, and the whole space was quiet, which made it easy to focus on my body. This is exactly what wellness and healing feel like...!
Inside the 60-minute body treatment, from back to lower body

The 60-minute body treatment at Eoseuni Spa started with the back. Rather than pressing hard from the very start, the therapist worked to loosen the whole back broadly first, while paying more careful attention to the specific spots that felt uncomfortable to me. It wasn't a routine of repeatedly working the same one spot — the treatment flowed continuously from the waist to the back to the shoulders, so my whole body ended up feeling wonderfully loose and heavy in the best way.
After that, oil was used to smoothly work over the whole back. When getting a body treatment as a Gangnam massage, I always find it disappointing if the pressure is too light, but here the therapist checked in on the intensity along the way, so I could get it adjusted to just the level I wanted.

After the back, the treatment moved down to the lower body. The thighs and calves were loosened up broadly, then the area around the ankles was worked on in detail. On days when I walk a lot or exercise, my calves tend to feel heavy, so personally the leg treatment was especially satisfying.
The area around the ankles was also carefully worked on by hand. I really liked that the 60 minutes weren't spent lingering only on the back — I got an even treatment from the upper body all the way down to the lower body.

Tea and snacks afterwards: is 60 minutes enough?
After the treatment ended, they prepared warm tea and some light refreshments. I didn't have to rush out — I could sit and finish up with tea, which really made me feel like I'd had a proper spa experience. I wondered if 60 minutes would feel short, but it was enough to get an even treatment across the whole body once, and when I stood up afterward my body felt noticeably lighter.
If you're looking for a Gangnam massage body treatment in a quiet space for the whole body, or an Apgujeong massage date spot where two people can relax together, this place might be worth checking out.
