Seongdong hair salon setting and root perm: Urban Ground Hair

I went with my mother to Urban Ground Hair Sangwangsimni Station Branch (어반그라운드헤어 상왕십리역점) for a setting perm and root perm. This time, I wanted to find a salon that would look at her face shape and usual style before consulting with her.

My mother had sometimes left other salons disappointed because her hair did not turn out as she had imagined. Since she finds it difficult to explain the style she wants in words, the consultation process mattered to us too.

For someone like my mother, who finds it hard to explain the style she wants, I felt that being able to keep talking through the process would be helpful. The designer listened to her requests and also suggested directions that might suit her better.

How did my mother react after the treatment?
