Next, the truffle Toowoomba pasta! The sauce is thick and slightly spicy. And the portion was honestly bigger than I expected. There was plenty of shrimp too, so this dish alone was pretty filling. The noodles were cooked just right — not overdone or mushy, so the sauce clung nicely to the pasta, and eating it with the plump shrimp brought out the truffle aroma and the savory depth of the Toowoomba sauce. Finally, the star of the day! For the signature half-and-half pizza I went with cream mushroom bacon and pepperoni bolognese. I debated just ordering one flavor, but going half-and-half was definitely the right call, haha. It came out fresh with the cheese still bubbling.
