There was a cool breeze blowing, and it reminded me of my trip to Italy — suddenly, right after work, I was craving pizza so badly.

I want to go back to Italy again....!

I'd heard Pizza E Michida Konkuk was named one of Naver's 2025 top 10 pizza restaurants in Seoul, so I ran straight there the moment I clocked out!

Where is Pizza E Michida Konkuk and what are its hours?

Pizza E Michida Konkuk is a 5-minute walk from Exit 1 of Konkuk University Station, inside the Konkuk food alley. It's open Tue–Sun 16:00–02:00 (next day), closed every Monday, and there's no parking.

I was really hungry after work, but the restaurant was easy to get to — just a short walk from Exit 1 toward the Konkuk food alley and there it was!

Even from far away, the exterior screamed 'this is a hip pizza place'!

Even someone as directionally challenged as me found it super easily ;)

Inside Pizza E Michida Konkuk and its outdoor patio seats

Pizza E Michida Konkuk is a casual restaurant with an Italian-fusion feel, with table setups ranging from two-seaters to group tables, plus an outdoor patio (yajang) space. When I arrived, people of all ages were enjoying delicious pizza together.

The atmosphere had that same feeling I got in Italy, so I thought it would be perfect for a Konkuk date course too.

Sure enough, there were tons of couples. It felt like a pizza spot popular with foreigners too.

There were plenty of table types, so it seemed good for both pairs and groups.

And here's the best part — just like in Italy, there's a patio space. These days with the cool breeze, eating out on the patio just adds so much more atmosphere and vibe. After some deliberation, we decided to eat on the patio!

As a default menu, my favorites — nacho chips, pickles, and sauce — came out.

Dipping the nachos in the mayo and chipotle sauce combo was so good. After searching, I found the best menu item at Pizza E Michida Konkuk is the half-and-half pizza!

We ordered the half-and-half pizza, jambon mushroom pasta, and zero-sugar cider!

A pizza-and-beer table that works even if you don't drink

At the tables around us, lots of people were enjoying ice-cold draft beer with their pizza, but since I'm a lightweight, we ordered zero-sugar cider instead. Watching people enjoy cold draft beer with their pizza was quite a sight — if you love pizza and beer, this place would be even more welcome.

If you're looking for a place near Konkuk to enjoy pizza and beer in the evening, Pizza E Michida Konkuk seems like a solid choice.

Since we're lightweights who can't drink at all, we ordered zero-sugar cider! I can't drink, but I think anyone who loves the combo of cold draft beer and pizza would find all their stress melting away here.

How the pepperoni-combination half-half pizza and jambon mushroom cream pasta taste

The half-and-half pizza (₩17,900) came with pepperoni and combination, and the jambon mushroom pasta (₩15,900) was a cream pasta loaded with cream. When you go out for pizza, it can be hard to decide on a flavor — the half-and-half option letting you enjoy two flavors at once felt really appealing.

(Perfect for someone as indecisive as me! My family always has different tastes when we eat together haha. With half-and-half pizza, everyone can enjoy their favorite flavor together — so great.)

We ordered the pizza half pepperoni, half combination, and the toppings were so generous that pizza alone would've filled us up. The jambon mushroom pasta was also loaded with cream, so I got to really enjoy that creamy flavor after a long time. Jambon and mushroom together — I love this cream pasta (carbs really are the best).

It was so delicious I scraped up every bit of the sauce.

When looking for Western food near Konkuk, you often end up debating between pizza and pasta. At this place, you can order both, which is great when there are several of you and you want more menu options! We ate pizza, pasta, sides and zero-sugar cider — exactly the combo we wanted — and walked out super full and super happy.

Who will enjoy Pizza E Michida Konkuk?

It's not an authentic Italian-style pizza place, but you can still feel the vibes I felt in Italy, and the casual atmosphere makes it easy to come with friends, partners, or family.

Being so close to Konkuk University Station was especially satisfying! After work, when you're exhausted and hungry, walking far is rough.
