I came to this café right in front of my workspace today. There's a delicious café this close by — I ran over first thing in the morning.

Is there enough seating?

There's quite a lot of seats inside! Office workers near Yeoksam station can totally come here for lunch too.

Four bean types — what's the difference?

Roastery Stan has four bean types available so you can pick according to your coffee taste.

I picked Deep Red.

• ☕ DEEP RED — uses Indian & Colombian beans, with nutty notes like butter, cocoa, rice, and almond. Great for a comfortable daily cup.
• ☕ DEEP BLACK — uses Brazilian, Guatemalan, Ethiopian, or Indian beans, with heavier notes like walnut, roasted nuts, and brown sugar. Suits you if you like a rich, deep coffee.
• ☕ DEEP YELLOW — uses Ethiopia Momora natural & Colombian beans, with sweet, bright notes like apricot, strawberry, peach, floral, and vanilla. Great if you like fruity, refreshing coffee.
• ☕ COLOMBIA DECAF — uses Colombian beans, with notes like apple, herbs, tangerine, and caramel. Good when you want to cut back on caffeine but still want coffee.

It's nice that the lineup ranges from nutty to heavy to fruity to decaf, so you can pick to your taste.

What I ordered and the prices

For lunch I ordered the club sandwich + Americano set. There are vegetables, tomato, ham, and egg between the slices of bread, so it's good for a simple lunch.

With the vegetables in it, it feels clean overall, and at ₩10,500 with coffee included it's a decent lunch option for Yeoksam office workers. Eating the sandwich with the Americano together was delicious.

🍇 Fig sando ₩8,800

The fig sando (fig sandwich) caught my eye visually first! There's plenty of cream between soft slices of bread and a large piece of fig, so you can really taste the fruit.

☕ Iced Americano, DEEP RED

I had the Americano made with Deep Red beans. It uses Indian & Colombian beans, with nutty notes like butter, cocoa, rice, and almond. Rather than a strongly acidic style, it's more nutty and rich, which made it pair well with the sandwich. Clean and delicious.

The sandwich and fruit sando menu are really great for a simple lunch.
