Nu Waxing & Brow used to be located between Sinnonhyeon and Gangnam stations. I'd been to the old location before, but honestly I like the space even more since they moved haha. There's a shower inside too, which is amazing, and all the staff were so kind!!
Since I had such a good experience at the old spot, I booked again without a second thought haha. Let's get into the honest review✨

Nu Waxing & Brow is on the 2nd floor of 15 Gangnam-daero 84-gil, an easy walk from either Sinnonhyeon or Gangnam station. It runs on a 100% reservation system, so booking ahead is a must!
Even among Gangnam station waxing salons, the location here is seriously perfect.
I checked the daily available slots and booked ahead on Naver before visiting. The new location feels cleaner and much easier to find, so as a returning customer I was very, very satisfied haha.
What is the relocated Nu Waxing & Brow space and shower room like?
The new Nu Waxing & Brow is white-toned with pink accents, and the treatment room is a private one-person setup. The bed had a fresh hygiene sheet laid out and clean new towels were set up.
After the move, the salon looks so fresh and clean it feels brand new — great first impression right away. The overall white tone with pink accents is a mood women will love haha. The treatment room being a private one-person space made it much more comfortable to relax during the service.
The real standout here is that there's a separate shower room! The old location had one too, but the new one feels even more polished after the renovation. It's a glass booth, so it feels open and airy. If you need to use it before or after your treatment, it's right there and convenient. Especially in summer, having a shower on site is seriously a game changer..

What I got done at Nu Waxing & Brow this time was Brazilian waxing. They hand you a yellow duck cushion on the bed to hold onto tightly during the treatment — this is the salon's signature.
That yellow duck cushion sitting on the bed is honestly the highlight lol. They tell you to hold it tight during the treatment, and hugging it actually gives you real peace of mind.. (truth is I was already hugging it preemptively in fear of the pain ㅠ)
After the Brazilian wax was done, they put on a soothing pad too haha.
It had been a while since my last Brazilian wax in Gangnam so I was half excited, half nervous.. but even though it had been a long time, it was surprisingly painless lol (though there were definitely a few '아!' moments here and there lol). The director's hands were seriously fast and thorough with the hair removal haha. This is why so many recommendation posts for Gangnam station Brazilian waxing keep popping up, I get it now.
Waxing really comes down to skill, and this place had that expert feel all over it. I've been to several waxing shops around Gangnam station, but the director here is genuinely the real deal.. Even after moving locations, the skill stayed exactly the same, so I felt glad I came back haha.
