The destination was peach soufflé from the start

We were trying to figure out which café to hit up with friends in Yeonnam-dong, but this time the destination was set from the beginning haha. Straight to Think Fruit for peach soufflé!! This was a revisit~~ If you've been browsing Yeonnam-dong cafés and love fruit desserts, you've probably seen Think Fruit before — that's where we went :)

Finding the shop down the alley and the inside vibe

Think Fruit is tucked down an alley, so if it's your first visit, it might help to check the building's exterior like in the photo first. Once inside, the space felt bigger than expected, and with mostly white tables it looked clean overall. When we visited, several tables had customers enjoying dessert and taking their time.

We happened to visit during fig season, so as soon as we walked in, a photo of fig soufflé caught our eye!! And honestly, it looked so delicious haha. We almost wavered for a second... but we had one clear purpose for coming to Think Fruit that day.

Peach!!! We came for peach soufflé, so as planned, we ordered the peach soufflé haha.

With four people, try picking different drinks

Since we were four this time, we each picked a drink to our own taste haha. Salted cream milk tea, classic royal milk tea, americano, and classic cocoa!! Lining up all four cups for a photo turned out really pretty. We all cheered and took a group shot too haha.

One thing that caught my eye on the menu was the word 'classic.' Once I ordered and tried it, the menus topped with ice cream definitely leaned sweet, with a strong dessert feel.

As you can see in the photo, the classic cocoa had a generous scoop of Häagen-Dazs ice cream on top!! Think Fruit itself is a Häagen-Dazs stockist, so if you love ice cream, keep an eye on the classic menu too!!!! Ice cream on top of a chocolate drink was exactly my kind of sweet haha.

On the flip side, since the peach soufflé is already sweet enough on its own, pairing it with an americano for a cleaner finish seemed like a good option too! If you go with a group like we did, ordering different drinks and tasting a bit of each sounds fun haha.

The soufflé takes a while

The soufflé takes longer than you'd expect — there really aren't many places where soufflé comes out fast, so we waited patiently.

The fluffy-looking soufflé pancake came out with ice cream, cream, and peach all together, so the plate felt more generous than expected. Then a drizzle of syrup on top, and it was finally ready to eat!!

Cut the peach in half and it's full of yogurt

Here's the part that made me curious!! I cut the round peach in half, and the inside was packed with yogurt!! You have to cut it open at least once just for the visual haha. The peach's sweetness plus the tangy yogurt made eating it with the soufflé feel like a proper dessert! It was almost too sweet, but the yogurt balanced it out perfectly, and I really loved that!

Next time, during fig season
