Today I'm bringing you a review of Think Fruit, famous as a Hongdae dessert café. Apparently it's known for its wildly gorgeous soufflé! This season they were doing peach and fig.

Hours, location, and parking
Open daily 11:00–22:00. Please check the image above for hours and more detailed info :)
It's located near Hongik Univ. Station. I used a nearby public parking lot, and it was only a 3-minute walk from there, so getting there wasn't a hassle at all :) Given Hongdae's location, it's also super convenient to reach by public transit!

The place is so pretty, right? The soufflé on the standing sign outside looked so good I couldn't just walk past... turns out they've also had a Blue Ribbon Survey mention for two years now!

Interior and seating
The interior is clean white-toned but still warm, so it was pretty :) Since it's a corner shop, all three sides with tables get great natural light! Maybe because of that, the window seats were the most popular.

Menu lineup
True to a Hongdae dessert café, there were tons of dessert options as well as plenty of coffee and drink menus. I also liked that there were so many seasonal fruit items :) Maybe that's why there were so many couples and women visitors. The parfait menu was sold out when I went!

What comes with the peach soufflé?
This is it... the violently gorgeous peach soufflé...❤️ Three pieces of soufflé pancake, cream, ice cream, a flat peach, and a water peach (with yogurt inside) — this combo literally can't be bad. Couples nearby were digging into the pancakes too, and I noticed quite a few foreign customers there as well?!
The pancake was so fluffy and soft you could tear it with just a fork! The cream was seriously delicious! It wasn't overly sweet, more of a clean cream that actually brought out the flavor of the pancake and the peach even more — really tasty. The vanilla ice cream was also great!

How sweet were the flat peach and water peach?
The whole peach was a water peach! It had Greek yogurt inside, and being a water peach, it cut through so smoothly.
Water peaches can sometimes taste really watery if you're unlucky, but maybe because it's a Hongdae dessert café, both the flat peach and the water peach here were nice and sweet! I'm personally more of a flat-peach person, but that day the water peach was somehow so good... peaches really can do no wrong.

The sheer trustworthiness of that fruit fridge... maybe because figs are also in season right now, they had figs and peaches stored in boxes right in the shop! Confirmed Hongdae dessert café worth trusting...! Seeing that fridge really won me over :)...

The best combination
Personally, eating all four together — pancake + cream + ice cream + peach — was the tastiest! You might think, well isn't everything good together anyway... but not every topping is there without a reason, so try mixing it up different ways!

Melo Bianco (einspänner)
The Melo Bianco (einspänner) came with a nicely toasted marshmallow on the side? The cream was a bit firmer, and it paired really well with the coffee — I enjoyed it a lot :)

Good to know before you visit
If you leave a Naver receipt review, they'll give you a free Häagen-Dazs, so keep that in mind! (Your photo needs to include the soufflé, so this is for soufflé eaters!) You can also get ₩2,000 off if you save the place or turn on Naver alerts :)!
The atmosphere was lovely and the desserts were so delicious, so it was a really satisfying visit. If you're looking for a Hongdae dessert café in Seoul, I'd recommend Think Fruit — it's so pretty you'll end up taking photos no matter what, and it tastes great too!
