Coffee and sandwich sign at Dance Dance Dance Hannam

Today I stopped by Dance Dance Dance with a friend, a place I noticed by chance while passing through Hannam-dong. The huge "COFFEE & SANDWICH" sign and the big "DANCE" letters on the window caught my eye so much that I walked in like I was hypnotized haha.

Store atmosphere and same-day production notice

As soon as I walked in, I noticed all the cute little props filling the space — the shop itself isn't big and feels mainly takeout-oriented. A notice posted by the register explained that every product is made fresh the moment it's ordered, so it's best eaten within 30 minutes of purchase. If you can't eat it right away, they kindly shared a tip: refrigerate it and reheat in an air fryer at 180°C for about 3 minutes for an even better taste.

On the wall shelves, Dance Dance Dance coffee beans, drip bags, and cold brew cans were neatly displayed, and the fridge was stocked full of "Dance Cold Brew" cans, which really confirmed its identity as a coffee brand too. On one side they also sold goods stamped with the Dance Dance Dance logo — a T-shirt (₩39,500), a cap (₩44,500), and a mug (₩28,000) — so browsing was fun too.

Kiosk menu and prices

Ordering was done via kiosk, with categories broken down into seasonal menu, set menu, sandwiches, baguettes, desserts, coffee, decaf, soup, drinks, and Dance goods, so it was fun just picking through everything. The baguette sandwich was an affordable ₩8,900, and the corn tofu cream cheese baguette was ₩10,900, reasonable compared to other cafés. What we ordered today was

  • 🌽 Corn Tofu Cream Cheese Baguette ₩10,900

these two items.

🥖 Baguette Sandwich

Inside the crispy-outside, chewy-inside baguette were layers of ham, cheese, and vegetables like arugula.

The ham was thinly layered several times over, so each bite brought a savory, salty punch, and the cheese on top was slightly melted, adding a nutty richness. The bitter aroma of the arugula cut through the richness, making it a combination I could keep eating without getting tired of it.

🌽 Corn Tofu Cream Cheese Baguette

Between the baguette halves was a generous spread of cream cheese studded with corn kernels — the cream cheese was soft, yet there was a subtle, nutty tofu flavor underneath that felt surprising.

The popping texture of the corn paired well with the softness of the cream cheese, and a sprinkle of parsley added a fragrant touch. It wasn't sweet but had a nutty flavor, so it would go perfectly with coffee!!

Is it good for a Han River picnic menu?

Buying it as takeout to eat by the Han River seemed like a really great idea too. It's not bulky and the packaging is clean, making it perfect for a picnic menu.

Overall review

  • ☑️ Highly recommend for anyone looking for a baguette sandwich with character near Hannam-dong and Dokseodang-ro
  • ☑️ The same-day production principle guaranteed freshness, and the reheating tip showed real thoughtfulness
  • ☑️ Both the baguette sandwich and the corn tofu cream cheese baguette were satisfying and reasonably priced
  • ☑️ The clean takeout packaging makes it a great fit for a Han River picnic menu too

Next time I want to try the fig matcha baguette or the jambon jalapeño sandwich. Highly recommend! If you're ever in Hannam-dong, be sure to stop by (⁎˃ᆺ˂)
