I was starving after finishing work today, and even for one meal I wanted something healthy with all my macros in order 🥺 So here's my review of Y-Stave Diet Konkuk, the salad spot near Konkuk I looked up!

You can comfortably browse the menu and order from the kiosk inside too! By the way.. there were so many diet menu items in Konkuk 🥺 I couldn't stop scrolling.. 💟 Just pick a hearty salad to your taste 👍🏻 The spicy mala protein noodles looked really good too.. but here's what I picked!

I got it packed to go from Y-Stave Diet Konkuk and took it to Konkuk Park. The weather was so nice that I decided a day like this calls for eating outside.
Ta-da..! The owner packed it up for me, and I even got a photo in front of the store 💟 The weather today was just too good ㅠㅠ On a day like this.. you've got to eat it at Konkuk Park, so I got it to go!

What's in the light protein box?
Wow.. the protein visuals in natural light are insane.. 👍🏻 The chicken was so tender, and the beef was really delicious too 🥺 Meat lovers, this is true happiness..
Since it's the light box, it's made with vegetables instead of rice — onion crepe, chickpeas, and all kinds of veggies come together so deliciously! Dipping it in the recommended sauce on top made it even more savory..👍🏻 I was full just from this alone 🥺
Greek yogurt side, 3,900 won
Y-Stave's Greek yogurt at ₩3,900 doesn't come plain — it's topped with all kinds of things. I was too full to eat it right away, so I had it at home later, and it was thick and creamy, which I loved.
I thought ordering the Greek yogurt menu would just get me plain yogurt, but they piled on so many different toppings..💟 I couldn't eat it right away since I was full, but when I had it at home it was thick and creamy and so good! Even better with cereal and granola 🤭
The yogurt looks pretty amazing too, right..?!
