In step 2, a steam mist machine was used to add moisture so the nutrients could penetrate deeper. The warm steam wrapped around my hair and honestly made me a little drowsy.

For the final step 3, a finishing treatment was applied to lock the nutrients in with a tight coating, then rinsed out again.

After the clinic, we moved on to the cut, trimming the messy, flyaway, heavy hairline. She kept checking in throughout to make sure I was comfortable, so time flew by and it felt like a genuinely relaxing, healing experience.
